A coated substrate may provide soft touch and superhydrophobicity. In example implementations herein, a substrate may be provided with a microstructure on at least a portion of at least one surface of the substrate. A first, water-based soft touch coating may be on at least a portion of the microstructure. A second, solvent-based superhydrophobic coating may be on at least a portion of the first coating.

Coated substrates

A soft-closing device has a base, a cylinder, a slider and a resilient member. The base has a track channel and at least one guiding channel. The cylinder is mounted in the base and has a housing and an expansion rod. The slider is mounted slidably in the track channel, is connected pivotally to the expansion rod and has two holding arms, a positioning pin and a holding recess defined between the holding arms. The positioning pin is mounted slidably in the at least one guiding channel. The resilient member has two ends connected respectively with the base and the slider.

Soft-closing device for a sliding door

A spider hinge for a frameless glass door includes a base plate, a pivot block connected to the base plate, a swing base pivotally connected to the pivot block, and a positioning mechanism disposed between the pivot block and the swing base. The swing base has two legs slantwise extending therefrom. Each leg has a round frustum extending therefrom. The round frustum has a threaded hole define in one side thereof for assembling with a fastener. The glass door is secured by fastening the fastener and the round frustum. The positioning mechanism includes two springs and a positioning block connected to the two springs and biased by the springs. The pivot block has multiple cavities for selectively receiving the positioning block to achieve the purpose of positioning the swing base.

Spider hinge for a frameless glass door

A roller assembly for a frameless sliding glass door has a bracket, a roller and at least one fastening device. The bracket is attached to the frameless sliding glass door and a track and has at least one elongated hole, an adjustment hole and a set screw. The at least one elongated hole is formed through the bracket near the lower end. The adjustment hole is formed through the lower edge of the bracket and communicates with the elongated hole in the lower end of the bracket. The set screw is threaded and corresponds with the adjustment hole. The roller is rotatable connected to the rear surface of the bracket in the upper end and mounted on the track. The fastening device is connected to the bracket and the frameless sliding glass door through the elongated hole and the corresponding through hole.

Roller assembly for a frameless sliding glass door

An article connector including an insertion seat having an insertion hole, an opening and a plurality of installation holes; an connection seat mounted with a mounting shaft to combine with the opening of the insertion seat, and having an engaging slot; and two shaft bodies, one of the shaft bodies being provided with a plurality of screw holes, and the engaging slot being engaged with a mounting hole provided at one side of the shaft bodies, thereby the two shaft bodies are formed into a structure by the insertion seat and the connection seat. The two shaft bodies require no screw or does not require a welding process to form into a connector. Thus, these parts can be dismantled and assembled rapidly, and stored in a limited storage space.

Article connector

A method of making a cleaning scrubber comprising a step of preparing an elastic and reticulate tube, which is fitted over a locating set of a molding tool such that the tube is forced to expand and that the periphery of the tube is pleated. The expanded and pleated tube is then fastened with two resilient cords such that two fastened areas are opposite in location to each other and that two resilient cords form a ring located between the inner and the outer sides of the tube. Finally, the tube is removed from the molding foot and released to allow the periphery of the tube to expand along the cords serving as axes, so as to form a spherical cleaning scrubber.

Method of making a cleaning scrubber

A feeding device used for a wood working machine includes two roller assemblies respectively mounted to two roller supports which can be controlled to turn about horizontal axes and which in turn is supported by an upper portion mounted to a cantilever arm of a column. Each of roller assemblies includes at least two rows of rollers respectively mounted on at least two horizontal axes. By adjusting roller supports, these rollers can roll on a curve surface.
