A computer-implemented method is disclosed. The method comprises managing, by a processor, a connected entity graph of nodes and edges, each node of the nodes representing an entity having an entity type of a plurality of entity types, at least one node of the nodes having an entity type of an electronic note, each edge of the edges representing a relationship between two entities; receiving a request for a search specifying a beginning entity, a linking parameter, and a filter on the linking parameter, the linking parameter specifying a property of an intermediary entity linking a source entity and a target entity during the search, the filter constraining a value of the property; searching the connected entity graph based on the request; causing a display of a search result.

Electronic note management via a connected entity graph

Techniques for visualizing dependencies in a data analytics system are described. In an embodiment, a visualization system may receive datasets and dataset dependency information for the datasets. The visualization system may receive a first type of analysis objects from a first analysis object system and dataset dependency information from an analysis object dependency service. The visualization system may receive a second type of analysis objects from a second analysis object system. The second type of analysis object may include a JSON representation of a set of operations that are applied during analysis such as a set of programming instructions. The visualization system may traverse and analyze the JSON representation to determine, for a given analysis object, one or more parent dependencies. The visualization system can then generate a graph of the datasets and analysis objects.

Techniques for visualizing dependencies in a data analytics system

A computer-implemented method comprises storing a connected entity graph in which a node corresponds to an entity type of an electronic note, a person, or an event, and an edge connects two nodes; receiving, via a graphical user interface (GUI), a specific entity type and a selection of a specific node; causing displaying in the GUI a second degree view, including the specific node in the center, first nodes connected to the specific node with zero or one intermediary node in the connected entity graph in a first concentric layout, and second nodes connected to the specific node with two intermediary nodes in the connected entity graph in a second concentric layout, the first nodes and second nodes corresponding to a common entity type, the specific node corresponding to a different entity type, and the nodes corresponding to an electronic note and the specific entity type.

Electronic note management via a connected entity graph. In one embodiment, for example, a method for searching for electronic notes via a connected entity graph comprises the steps of: receiving selection of a beginning entity; receiving selection of a linking parameter; receiving selection of a target entity type; searching a connected entity graph, comprising at least one electronic note entity, starting at the beginning entity, for any target entities, of the target entity type, and within a predetermined search depth, that have a first degree connection in the connected entity graph with the beginning entity that satisfies the linking parameter or that have a first degree connection with one of the other target entities that satisfies the linking parameter; and displaying in a graphical user interface a search result comprising nodes and edges, each of the nodes representing the beginning entity or one of the target entities and each of the edges connecting two of the nodes and representing a first degree connection in the connected entity graph between the two entities represented by the two nodes connected by the edge.

Techniques for dynamically building documentation based on installed services are described herein. In an embodiment, a plurality of different electronic documents are stored in a data repository. A server computer system identifies one or more service software components of an application program that have been installed as part of a particular application instance. The server computer identifies a subset of one or more particular documents from the plurality of documents stored in the data repository that correspond to the identified one or more services. Using the subset of one or more particular documents, the server generates a particular customized document which is then stored in association with the particular application instance.

Building dynamic documentation based on installed services

Methods are provided to specifically modulate the trafficking of systemic memory T cells, particularly CD4+ T cells, without affecting naive T cells or intestinal memory T cells. It is shown that systemic memory T cells, which are characterized as CD45Ra, and integrin &#x3b1;4&#x3b2;7, express high levels of CCR4. Ligands of CCR4, such as TARC or MDC, act as an adhesion trigger, wherein upon CCR4 binding, these cells undergo integrin-dependent arrest to the appropriate vascular receptor(s). This arrest acts to localize the cells at the target site. The methods of the invention manipulate this triggering, and CCR4 mediated chemotaxis, to affect the localization of T cells in targeted tissues. In an alternative embodiment, the agent is an antagonist that blocks CCR4 biological activity. An advantage of the invention is the selectivity for systemic memory T cells, without affecting native T cells or intestinal memory T cells.
