A table footrest apparatus for adding a footrest to a table includes a pair of mounting channels each having a first end, a second end, a top side, and a bottom side. The top side has a plurality of mounting apertures extending through the bottom side. Each of the pair of mounting channels is configured to span across a leg support ring of a table such that the plurality of mounting apertures is above the leg support ring. A plurality of ties is coupled to the pair of mounting channels. A pair of channel covers is selectively engageable with the top side of the pair of mounting channels. A plurality of adhesive strips is coupled to the pair of channel covers. A foot pad is coupled to the pair of channel covers and is selectively engageable with the plurality of adhesive strips.

Table footrest apparatus

The system is a distributed video transcoding system that allows content to be transformed from one digital format to another close to the ingest and delivery points to minimize the time and cost of the transfer between end points. Additionally by making transcoding an integral part of the distribution of content itself, significant efficiencies can be gained. The distribution can be improved by transcoding at different phases of the transfer. Within the system decisions can be made to utilize different transcoding resources based on various business rules and priorities.

Network transcoding system

A cat litter holding assembly includes a housing that has a bottom wall, a front wall, a back wall, a first side wall and a second side wall. An upper edge of the housing defines an upper opening. A covering is hingedly attached to an upper edge of the back wall. A partition wall is mounted within the housing and extends from the front wall toward the back wall. The partition wall divides the housing into a first portion and a second portion. The front wall has a front opening extending therethrough that extends into the first portion. A mat is removably positioned in the first portion and substantially covers the bottom wall of the first portion. The mat has a top side has a plurality of bristles extending upwardly therefrom. A litter pan is removably positioned in the second portion.
