A portable exercise apparatus intended for indoor use. A vertical spine is constructed and mounted to a plurality of wall braces. The spine has a series of pairs of hooks aligned vertically. The user can then place either a pulley plate or a body into a desired hook. Hooks are configured such that when the pulley plate or body is placed therein, force in a downward or straight direction would not remove the pulley plate or body. A bench can be attached to the pulley plate or body which then allows a user to set or lie on and perform exercises using a resistance cord which can be connected to the body, pulley plate, and or braces.

Portable exercise apparatus

A portable exercise apparatus configured to attach to a vertical structure. The apparatus includes a top strap attached to a hook and a bottom strap attached to a second hook, the top strap and bottom strap can be wrapped around the vertical structure and secured at the apparatus. The apparatus can be secured tightly against the vertical structure so it will not slip downward. A bar which can be perpendicular to a length of a body of the apparatus can be used for performing exercises such as pull-ups and/or chin-ups.

The control utilizes sensed gas pressure downstream of the thermostat controlled valve as an indication of heat demand. A low limit transducer is placed at 50 to 90 percent of the tank height to maintain adequate heated water for casual uses without excessive burner cycling. A flow transducer is integrated with a heat trap. The control uses output of the flow transducer (combined with the timing out of an interval timer) to enable an excursion from the low limit set point to the thermostat high limit.

Integrated, usage-dependent temperature control for gas water heaters

Apparatus for controlling a water heater thermostat for increased efficiency in fuel usage. A mounting bracket is adapted to fit on several different common types of thermostat control boxes. In one embodiment the bracket removably receives a controller housing. In another embodiment the mounting bracket and the controller housing are a unitary structure. A motor in the housing is coupled to a slip ring engaging the thermostat knob to raise and lower the thermostat temperature setting in accordance with sensor actuated circuitry responsive to incoming and outgoing water temperature. The coupling enables the apparatus to accommodate thermostats with different size knobs and rotatable in opposite directions, in addition to coupling to various size thermostat housings.

A motor in the housing is coupled to a slip ring engaging the thermostat knob to raise and lower the thermostat temperature setting in accordance with sensor actuated circuitry responsive to incoming and outgoing water temperature. The coupling enables the apparatus to accommodate thermostats with different size knobs and rotatable in opposite directions.

A frame-type electrical connector for connecting leadless integrated circuit packages to a printed circuit board is disclosed. The connector includes a frame member having generally rectangular sides. A lead frame containing a plurality of flat conductive elements is molded in place in each of the sides of the frame. After molding, the conductive elements are shaped to form both pressure contacts and pin terminals. The pressure contacts are designed to contact the leadless package, and the pin terminals are designed to be soldered into the printed circuit board.
