A request is received associated with reviewing content. As part of the request, one or more conditions are received and the content is analyzed to identify a first field of interest and a second field of interest. The first field of interest and the second field of interest represent fields of interest associated with the review of the content. At least one of the first field of interest or the second field of interest may not satisfy the one or more conditions and the content, or a portion thereof, may be sent for review.

Determining content to present for human review

A computing system recovers volumes in a distributed computing environment while reducing downtime of storage servers. In an embodiment, a storage server contacts a control plane after a storage failure has occurred. If the storage server hosts an authoritative copy of an offline volume, the storage server is requested to restore the volume. Non-authoritative volumes are removed from the storage server and the storage server provides read access to the restored volume while resuming storage services.

Data recovery in a distributed computing environment

Disclosed are various embodiments for a deployment management system. A second version of a deployable application is executed concurrently with a first version. Network traffic sent to the first version of the application is redirected to the second version. In the event of an error, network traffic is directed back to the first version of the application. After a period of concurrent execution, the first version of the application is terminated.

Immediately launching applications

Technologies are disclosed herein for displaying application content and additional content, such as advertisements, notifications, and other additional content. A first version of additional content may be received by a client device, for example, when the client device is connected to a network, and stored on the client device. The client device may determine if one or more conditions are satisfied for retrieving, over a network, a second version of the additional content. The second version may have a higher video fidelity than the first version. If the one or more conditions are satisfied, the client device may retrieve the second version and display the second version of the additional content. If the one or more conditions are not satisfied, the first version may be retrieved and displayed. Subsequent to displaying the first or the second version of the additional content, the application content may be displayed.
