A closure () for a container () having a neck () with a pouring opening (), comprising a plug () configured to engage within the neck to close the pouring opening, an overcap () attached to the plug (), wherein the overcap () comprises a first part () removably attached to the plug (), a second part () configured to be grasped for opening and closing the container, the second part () comprising a tear off seal () configured to pass from a first configuration to a second configuration wherein, in the first configuration, the second part () acts on the first part () to secure attachment of the first part () to the Plug () and, in the second configuration, the second part () is releasable from the first part () so that the first part () is separable from the plug ().

Recyclable closure

A closure element for closing a container comprises an inner cap member coupled with a mouth of the container, an outer cap member movably coupled to the inner cap member, and a transponder having a chip and an antenna housed between the inner and outer cap members. The closure element further comprises two first capacitor plates connected with the chip, which are attached to one of a top wall of the inner cap member and a top wall of the outer cap member, and a second capacitor plate attached to the other of the top wall of the inner cap member and the top wall of the outer cap member, such that a relative movement of the outer cap member and the inner cap member switches the closure element between a first configuration and a second configuration having a different capacitance between the first and second capacitor plates.

A closure element for closing a container, comprises an inner cap member to be coupled with a mouth of the container; an outer cap member rotatably coupled to the inner cap member, and a transponder housed between the inner cap member and the outer cap member. the transponder comprises a chip, an antenna, and a control loop. The chip is attached to one of a top wall of the inner cap member and a top wall of the outer cap member and at least a portion of the control loop is attached to the other of a top wall of the inner cap member and a top wall of the outer cap member, in such a way that a relative rotation of outer cap member and the inner cap member determines a torsion or shear force to act on the control loop to break it.

Closure element having a transponder between an inner cap member and an outer cap member

A tamper-evident closure includes a cap having a plug, a skirt, and a locking member. The cap and skirt have seats in which a first portion and a second portion of the locking member are arranged. Upon first opening, as the cap moves longitudinally away from the skirt, the lower edge of the cap passes over the first portion longitudinally so that, upon reclosing the tamper-evident closure, the first portion positions in an obstructive manner between the lower edge of the cap and an upper edge of the skirt.
