A product divider assembly includes a rail and a divider. The rail includes a front surface having a plurality of first teeth and a rear surface formed on an opposite side of the rail from the front surface. The divider includes a base having a bottom side including plurality of second teeth facing the plurality of first teeth of the rail and one or more biasing members engaging the rear surface of the rail to bias the rail in a direction towards the plurality of first teeth. The divider is operable to be pulled in an opposite direction from the biasing force to disengage the first teeth from the second teeth to allow the divider to be translated along the rail.

Product pusher assembly

A product pusher assembly includes a rail, a divider, and a pusher. The rail extends in a first direction and includes a first engagement mechanism. The divider extends in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and is coupled to the rail for translation in the first direction and the second direction. The divider includes a front portion, a rear portion, and a second engagement mechanism disposed between the front portion and the rear portion. The second engagement mechanism is configured to selectively engage the first engagement mechanism during translation in the second direction.

An inventory shelf monitoring system includes a plurality of track systems located on at least one shelf of a retail or warehouse establishment. Each track system includes a sensor and actuator that determines the position of a product pusher. The identity and location of the product pusher, for each track system on the shelf, is sent to a data acquisition and transmitter circuit that assembles, formats, and transmits pusher position data to a central receiver. The data is then transmitted to a central processing unit in a user device that maintains data corresponding to product count, availability, and activity associated with each track unit of each shelf employing the system. Inventory control, the prevention of out-of-stock situations, and the assessment of activity indicative of theft or accident is thus monitored in real time for prompt remedial action.

Retail shelf supply monitoring system

An inventory shelf monitoring system includes a plurality of track systems located on at least one shelf of a retail or warehouse establishment. Each track system includes a sensor and actuator that determines the position of a product pusher. The identity and location of the product pusher, for each track system on the at least one shelf, is sent to a data acquisition and transmitter circuit that assembles, formats, and transmits pusher position data to a central receiver, which receives corresponding data from all shelves employing the system in the retail or warehouse establishment. The data is then transmitted to a central processing unit in a user device that maintains data corresponding to product count, availability, and activity associated with each track unit of each shelf employing the system in the retail or warehouse establishment. Inventory control, the prevention of out-of-stock situations, and the assessment of activity indicative of theft or accident is thus monitored in real time for prompt remedial action.

A holder for an electronic price label (EPL) includes a channel member defined by a base wall and first and second spaced-apart side walls that project outwardly from opposite ends of the base wall. The base wall and the side walls define a somewhat C-shaped recess in the channel member. An associated EPL is adapted for receipt in the recess. A clip is connected to the channel member and is adapted for releasable connection to a wide variety of different retail shelf fixtures. In one embodiment, the clip is connected to a back wall that is interconnected with the channel member in different ways to define a variety of cross-sectional shapes. In another embodiment, the clip cooperates with a top wall to define a slot therebetween that receives and retains a front edge of an associated retail shelf. In still another embodiment, the clip includes top and bottom sections that cooperate with a back wall.

Holder for an electronic price label

An extruded holder for an electronic price label (EPL) includes a channel member defined by a base wall and first and second spaced-apart sidewalls that project outwardly from opposite ends of the base wall with respective first and second inner faces arranged in opposed facing relation. The base wall and the sidewalls define a C-shaped recess in the channel member. The sidewall inner faces each define a groove that extends parallel to the base wall, and an associated EPL is adapted for receipt in the recess with first and second projections of the EPL respectively positioned in the first and second grooves. A clip is connected to the channel member and is adapted for releasable connection to a wide variety of different retail shelf fixtures. The clip is defined by a base member and a back member interconnected to define an L-shaped cross-sectional shape, and the clip is further defined by a connecting arm that has a first end connected to the clip base member and a second end connected to the channel member. The connecting arm and the clip back member define a slot therebetween that receives and retains a projecting edge of an associated retail shelf. In an alternative embodiment, the channel member includes an adhesive mounting portion connected thereto that is adapted for adhesive securement to an associated retail shelf or to an adapter that is, in turn, connected to the retail shelf, a wire basket, or other retail fixture.

A holder for an electronic information carrier includes a body having a cavity for holding an associated electronic price label, a rear wall having a convex section and an aperture extending through the convex section. An adapter cooperates with the body. The adapter has a front wall with a concave section in which the rear wall convex section of the body can be accommodated. An aperture extends through the concave section. The adapter aperture is aligned with the body rear wall convex section aperture. A fastener selectively extends through the aligned aperture to secure the holder to the adapter and orient the body at a first angle to a horizontal plane.

Holder for electronic information carrier

A window mounted antenna system having a foot or exterior support member attached to an antenna radiator or whip and typically mounted on the outside of a window or dielectric member comprised of a plastic decorative housing, a conductive foot portion which acts as the coupling capacitor and is inserted into the cover and conductively connected to the radiating member or whip, and a fastener for attaching the whip to the foot or base portion. The conductive foot includes attachment fingers insertable into the housing and retained in place upon insertion therein, and one or more flanges for receiving a fastener passed through the end of the antenna. A coupling assembly disposed on the other side of the window includes a formed or stamped conductive element which incorporates the various conductive components which make up the coupling assembly. The conductive components are overmolded with a nonconductive support material to produce an integrated structure incorporating the various components of the coupling assembly.

An outdrive system for watercraft includes use of plastic or other relatively flexible material, e.g., compared to metal, especially as a housing material, and techniques which enable and/or at least facilitate use of such housing material. One of those techniques employs a flexible member, such as a belt, to couple power between the input and output of an outdrive and another employs a cooling system to remove heat. The invention also relates to use in a vehicle drive, especially for watercraft, of housing materials that are not subject to corrosion, galvanic action and the like.

An electrical interconnect system employs electrical connectors in which both the housing (or support) and the contact(s) thereof are hermaphroditic, i.e., without gender limitations. Therefore, two such connectors may interconnect with each other. Contacts are arranged in a header or other housing or support in which at least two contacts, for example, adjacent contacts, respectively face in opposite directions. Bifurcated and trifurcated contacts have contacting portions respective ones of which face in opposite directions and are supported on parallel cantilever arms.
