Various surgical introducer needle and anchor systems are provided. The systems can include an introducer needle and a tissue support implant or sling device. The implant device can include one or more anchoring devices. The introducer needle device can include a handle assembly and a needle assembly. The needle assembly can include a generally hollow needle, and a wire traversable therein. The wire can include a distal tip adapted to selectively retract or withdraw from the engaged anchoring device upon deployment of the anchor and/or implant.

A suction catheter system is described with a suction nozzle that can extend from a guide catheter of the like. The suction nozzle can be positioned by tracking the suction nozzle through a vessel while moving a proximal portion of the suction extension within the lumen of the guide catheter. A suction lumen extends from the proximal end of the guide catheter through at least part of the guide catheter central lumen and through the suction tip. Desirable suction flow can be established using the guide lumen to facilitate the suction. Also, a delivery catheter is described with an elastic tip that can track closely over a guidewire. The elastic tip of the delivery catheter can be expanded to provide for the delivery of medical devices past the tip.

A freezable beverage dispenser assembly for cooling alcohol as the alcohol is being poured includes a reservoir that is fillable with a freezable liquid. The reservoir is placed in a freezer thereby facilitating the freezable liquid to freeze into ice. Moreover, the reservoir is comprised of a thermally conductive material such that the reservoir is cooled by the ice. The reservoir has a top wall that is sloped downwardly and a channel is formed into the top wall. A beverage poured into the channel, and the beverage runs down the top wall for dispensing the beverage into a beverage container. The ice in the reservoir cools the beverage when the beverage is poured onto the channel.

The implant devices can be placed upon insertion through the incisions to engage and pull or tighten support tissue, such as the endopelvic fascia, pubocervical fascia, rectovaginal fascia, levator muscles, or other supportive muscles or tissue within the pelvis of the patient.

An extensible implantable electrical lead includes a lead body having a proximal end and a distal end. The lead body is formed of a polymeric material that is extensible between a first length and a second length. A plurality of electrical conductors are disposed within the lead body and extend between the proximal end and the distal end. The plurality of electrical conductors are each electrically insulated from each other and form a braided coil extending between the proximal end and the distal end. The plurality of electrical conductors are electrically insulated and separated from each other and have a braided coil diameter.
