Techniques for partitioning data flow operations between execution on a compute instance and an attached accelerator instance are described. A set of operations supported by the accelerator is obtained. A set of operations associated with the data flow is obtained. An operation in the set of operations associated with the data flow is identified based on the set of operations supported by the accelerator. The accelerator executes the first operation.

Framework integration for instance-attachable accelerator

Described herein are systems and methods for reducing power consumption in a device while maintaining a wireless local area network connection. An interface processor of a wireless interface is configured to maintain a network connection while an application processor is in a low power mode. The interface processor may awaken the application processor to a high power mode upon receipt of a wakeup signal, loss of network connection, detection of a network suitable for connection, or other pre-determined event.

Power efficient wireless connectivity

A first communication channel is established between a user device and a server using a cellular network. The user device receives a timeout interval for the first communication channel. The user device transmits a packet to maintain the first communication channel when the user device detects that other data is being transmitted using a second communication channel during the timeout interval.

Maintaining communication channel for device notifications

A user device establishes a wireless connection with a wireless local area network using a first radio. The user device then deactivates a second radio of the user device based on establishing of the wireless connection with the wireless local area network. Subsequently, the user device determines whether to activate the second radio based on at least one criterion associated with the wireless connection.
