The invention relates to a method for the automatic production of bags () that are equipped with a sealing device (). Said method comprises the following steps: provision (P) of at least one web of plastic film (), provision of a sealing device (), fixing of the sealing device () to the web of plastic film () and welding () of the web of plastic film () to form bags (). According to said method, the plastic-film web () is perforated () at a distance from its edge () prior to the provision (P) of the sealing device () and the complementary sealing profile () is fixed to the web of plastic film () directly over the perforation. The bag () is then formed and welded by means of at least one longitudinal () and/or transversal weld ().

Method and machine for producing resealable bags

A free-standing bag and a method for producing a free-standing bag from a thermoplastic synthetic film is disclosed. The bag includes a front panel and a back panel, which are connected to one another by lateral seams thus forming a filling opening, and in a collapsed state of the bag, having an inwardly folded base, whereby the inwardly folded base is comprised of a front panel fold as well as a back panel fold, both folds being sealed into the lateral seams, and whereby in the area of the inwardly folded base, an assembly strip is attached, which is made of a reinforced plastic film, and that the assembly strip terminates at a distance from the lateral seams, whereby a reinforcing strip is attached or glued to the inside and/or outside of the front panel and the back panel in the area of the filling opening.

Freestanding bag

The invention relates to a thermoplastic film bag comprising a front wall () and a rear wall (), which are joined to one another by lateral weld seams () while forming a filling opening () and are each double-plied in the area of the filling opening (), and comprising two pull-strips (). These pull-strips extend over the width of the bag, whereby one is inserted between both plies of the front wall () and of the rear wall () and they are welded to one another at both ends thereof. The inventive bag also comprises a grasping hole () that at least partially exposes the pull-strip, and a partially detachable adhesive tape () is placed on the inner surface of the pull-strip () in the area of the grasping hole ().

Devices for cross-welding or cross-separating welding plastic films () are used in a manner known per se in machines for producing bags, said devices comprising a welding roller () and a heated welder terminal () which can be moved reciprocally and between which the plastic films () are guided for welding. According to the invention, the welding roller () is covered by a continuous belt ().

Foil bags are formed as new paper bags by fusing together two webs and tying a detachable strap which has a suspension opening to one said opening of each bag, the strap being separated by a perforation line from the respective side of the bag. A pocket is formed at the end of the bag opposite the insertion opening and can have a flap provided with an adhesive strip covered by a masking layer.

A device for stacking and delivering plastic bags, especially for stacks to be fed to automatic packaging machines and used in conjunction with a bag making apparatus. The conveyor has needles piercing through the bags which are stacked on the conveyor and a gripper hand can engage the stack to remove it from the conveyor. The gripper hand has a stripping aid engaging the stack in the region of the needles to facilitate withdrawal of the stack from the needles.

The invention relates to a method and a device for continuously producing, handling and filling bags ( ), especially bags for handling by automatic machines, formed from a thermoplastic line of film. The aim of the invention is to facilitate handling in the logistical sequence between the bags ( ) being produced and being filled and to improve the quality of the bag stacks ( ). To this end, the bags ( ) are attached ( ) in places, then held in place in the area of a packing machine by holding elements ( ) which interact with suspension holes ( ). Method for producing bags

A method of packaging plastic bags, particularly bags for automated machines, in stacks held together by wire brackets in a transport container such as a cardboard box. For the purpose of simple and speedy handling, the bag stacks are deposited in the transport container with outwardly pointing wire bracket legs, so that the bag packages can be deposited in the cardboard enclosure and removed from the same without problems, preferably automatically.

A method of and an apparatus for producing stacks of bags where, instead of connecting the position of the foil web, a marking on the foil web is detected and used to correct the positions of the devices which operate on the web. These devices can include a cutter for removing a strip from the upper layer of the flattened blown tubular web, the punch for punching holes in the lower layer, and the device for infolding are among the devices controlled in response to the marking. The latter can be printed on the web as it is unrolled or formed during the extrusion or foil blowing process.
