Systems and methods described herein may provide a system that enables execution of workloads within a distributed computing environment that includes one or more edge computing devices and/or one or more user computing devices. A computing device may determine a workload for execution within a distributed computing environment that includes a plurality of computing devices. The computing device may determine valid execution slots within the distributed computing environment and may select a first execution slot of the valid execution slots. A first edge computing device may be assigned to execute the workload during the first execution slot. The first execution slot may be selected based on scores computed for the valid execution slots. The scores may be determined based on at least one criteria selected from the group consisting of (i) workload durations, (ii) carbon emissions, (iii) utility costs, and (iv) a disruption penalty.

Systems and methods described herein may provide a system that enables game play or other application sessions from a set of candidate game hosts and environments to consumption devices of a user's choice while the user moves about their home between the different environments. The system may employ methods to determine where a user is located within the home, availability and selection of candidate game hosting and target environments, homing and direction of related I/O and audio-visual (AV) content for consumption. The solution accommodates multiple users simultaneously within the home, whether in single player, multiplayer using the same screen, or multiplayer using separate screen games. The display of information to the user via a collaboration tool is detected. Activity by the user is monitored while the shared information is displayed to the user via the collaboration tool. An event is detected that triggers distribution of the displayed information. Whether to distribute the displayed information to the user's IHS is determined based on the user's affiliations, attributes of the information and the monitored activity of the user during the display of the information.

The present disclosure provides embodiments of systems and methods that may be used by an information handling system (IHS) to improve the accuracy of eye tracking data generated by an eye tracking system of the IHS when a user's gaze is not directed to a gaze interaction plane of the eye tracking system. In one embodiment, the method may include receiving first data corresponding to a hinge angle (&#x3b8;) measured between a first surface and a second surface of the IHS, receiving second data corresponding to a user's gaze on the first surface or the second surface, and using the first data and the second data to provide accurate eye tracking data when the user's gaze is directed to the second surface. When the user's gaze is directed to the first surface, the method may use the second data, but not the first data, to provide accurate eye tracking data.
