A method, a computer program product, and a computer system generate personalized meeting summaries. The method includes identifying a participant attending a meeting associated with a purpose. The method includes determining role information of the participant. The role information indicates a role type that the participant provides toward the purpose. The method includes monitoring discussions of the meeting. The method includes generating a personalized meeting summary for the participant. The personalized meeting summary includes a summary section describing portions of the discussions that are directed to the role type of the participant.

Personalized meeting summaries

Electronic meeting time of arrival estimation is described. A number of attendees to an electronic meeting are identified. Based on an indication that a first attendee is in another electronic meeting, an estimated time of arrival for that first attendee to the electronic meeting is determined. Other attendees to the electronic meeting are provided with the estimated time of arrival of the first attendee.

Generation of customized response messages is described. According to the method, an incoming communication request is received and a relationship between an initiator of the communication request and a recipient of the communication request is determined. Based on a number of calendars for the recipient, an availability of the recipient is determined. When the recipient is unavailable, a customized response message is generated. The customized response message 1) is based on the relationship between the initiator and the recipient and 2) indicates an estimated response time for the recipient based on the availability of the recipient.

A computer-implemented method for analyzing calendar entries may include receiving, at a computing device, at least one calendar entry associated with a calendar application, the calendar entry comprising data defining a meeting type; tracking a user's activity in the meeting type; detecting at least one related calendar entry related with the received calendar entry, wherein the detected related calendar entry comprises a meeting type related to the meeting type of the received calendar entry; and supplementing the related calendar entry with at least one indicator describing the user's activity in the meeting type based on the tracked user activity.

Analyzing calendar entries

Managing a meeting can include analyzing, using a processor, dialog of the meeting to detect a closing indicator in response to determining that a scheduled end time of a meeting currently in progress is approaching. In the event that the closing indicator is not detected within the dialog, determining, using the processor, availability of an attendee of the meeting to continue in the meeting beyond the scheduled end time. A notification of the scheduled end time of the meeting can be provided, using the processor, in response to determining that the attendee of the meeting is not available to continue in the meeting beyond the scheduled end time.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, computer system, and a computer program product for mitigating conflicts. The present invention may include receiving communication by a recipient, wherein the received communication has a communicator sentiment associated with a communicator and a recipient sentiment associated with a recipient. The present invention may also include determining the communicator sentiment associated with the communicator message. The present invention may then include determining the recipient sentiment associated with a received communicator message. The present invention may further include determining that the determined recipient sentiment does not match the determined communicator sentiment based on the received communication. The present invention may include determining an appropriate response based on determining that the communicator sentiment does not match the recipient sentiment. The present invention may include presenting the determined appropriate response. The present invention may include logging a conversation result in a database.

Real-time sentiment analysis for conflict mitigation using cognative analytics and identifiers

A baseline historical record for a person is formed by monitoring information about the person derived from at least one information source over a baseline period of time. A baseline pattern of behavior of the person is established by applying analytic analysis to the baseline historical record. A current pattern of behavior of the person is determined by monitoring current information about the person derived from the at least one information source. A behavior change assessment is determined by comparing the current pattern of behavior to the baseline pattern of behavior. Whether the behavior change assessment for the person meets at least one safety concern criterion is determined by comparing the behavior change assessment to safety concern criteria comprising the at least one safety concern criterion. Responsive to determining the behavior change assessment for the person meets the at least one safety concern criterion, an action is automatically performed.
