In one embodiment, a device generates a prompt for a large language model that returns a set of transactional milestones for a particular type of transactional workflow in an application, based on input from a user interface that indicates the particular type of transactional workflow. The device identifies a set of monitored transactions in the application that match any of the set of transactional milestones and aggregates telemetry data for the set of monitored transactions into a transactional workflow of the particular type. The device also provides information regarding the transactional workflow for display by the user interface.

Generative AI-assisted configuration of application analytics features

In one embodiment, a device receives, via a user interface, definition of a first sequence of transactional milestones performed by users of an online application and identified using a first type of identifier. The device also receives, via the user interface, definition of a second sequence of transactional milestones performed by users of the online application and identified using a second type of identifier. The device further receives, via the user interface, definition of a key transition associated with at least one transactional milestone in the first sequence of transactional milestones or second sequence of transactional milestones that links the first type of identifier with the second type of identifier. The device represents, using the key transition, performance of the first sequence of transactional milestones and the second sequence of transactional milestones by a particular user of the online application as a unified sequence.

Key-based complex process monitoring

In one embodiment, a device identifies a set of attributes from telemetry data generated by one or more agents regarding an online application accessible via a network. The device provides an interactive display to a user interface that includes options for a user to specify a selection of one or more attributes from the set of attributes and to specify an aggregation function. The device updates the interactive display to show a visualization of the aggregation function applied to the selection of one or more attributes and configures the one or more agents to collect only a subset of the telemetry data based on the selection of the one or more attributes and the aggregation function.

Simplifying configuration of metrics with data preview

In one embodiment, a device determines one or more key-value pairs associated with observability data for an online application, and searches the observability data for events corresponding to the one or more key-value pairs. The device also builds a responsive event list with the events corresponding to the one or more key-value pairs within the observability data and sorts the responsive event list by associated timestamps to provide the responsive event list as a sequence of transactional milestones reached by one or more users of the online application.

Auto-discovery of sequential, transactional milestones in application observability data

An interposer is provided that is configured to interpose into an application security protocol exchange by obtaining application session security state. The interposer does this without holding any private keying material of client or server. An out-of-band Security Assistant Key Escrow service (SAS/SAKE) is also provided. The SAKE resides in the secure physical network perimeter and holds the private keying material required to derive session keys for interposing into application security protocol. During a security protocol handshake, the interposer sends SAKE security protocol handshake messages and in return receives from the SAKE session security state that allows it to participate in application security protocol.

Interposer with security assistant key escrow

In one embodiment, a computing device receives vector data from a plurality of vector-identifying sensors distributed across an area associated with the computing device. The computing device may then determine an amount of vectors within the area based on the vector data, and compares the amount of vectors to a threshold associated with the area. In response to the amount being greater than the threshold, the computing device may then trigger a remediation alarm, accordingly.
