A method of making a metal foil heater comprising transferring a line image of a heater circuit to cutter and cutting the foil into a metal foil construction before affixing plastic sheets to both sides while attaching wires configured to supply current to the heater.

Process for making a flexible foil heater

A catheter or other elongated member can include an elongated inner portion, an elongated outer portion, a flex circuit ribbon comprising at least one conductor, and an electrical contact. The flex circuit ribbon can be situated between the inner portion and the outer portion. The inner portion and the outer portion can be (1) affixed together between portions of the flex circuit ribbon or (2) integrally formed such that masses of the inner and outer portions are joined together between portions of the flex circuit ribbon. The electrical contact can be configured to be exposed during use. The electrical contact can be situated at, or connected to, the at least one conductor of the flex circuit ribbon.

Thermochromatic inks, printing methods and kits

A portable speed measurement apparatus for determining and displaying speed characteristics of a body passing through a target zone includes radiant energy beam generation units disposed in a first housing, the emitted beams of radiant energy defining a target zone therebetween, and radiant energy sensing units disposed in a second housing, the radiant energy sensing units operably generating an output electrical signal upon perception of pre-determined radiant energy characteristics. The first and second housings are configured and are sufficiently portable so that detection and speed measurement of a body moving through the target zone may be accomplished in any desired plane.

Swing speed indicator

An improved mounting bracket arrangement for rotatable pinwheel devices activated by a moving air stream. The bracket has substantially universal application to a variety of conveniently available mounting surfaces such as chains, ropes and cables used for swing suspension, as well as on the handlebars of bicycles and tricycles. The mounting bracket includes a base mounting member together with a resilient strap to complete the closure. The mounting bracket arrangement is essentially free of sharp or pointed surfaces.
