Systems and methods for managing alert notifications from a secured area are provided. Such systems and methods can include a surveillance device monitoring the secured area and transmitting data captured from the secured area to an artificial intelligence module, the artificial intelligence module using the data to identify a scenario associated with the secured area and a notification priority of the scenario, and when the notification priority is at or above a preconfigured level, the artificial intelligence module transmitting an alert notification to a cloud server indicative of the scenario.

Systems and methods for managing alert notifications from a secured area

A network includes a plurality of logical access entities. Each access entity includes two or more communication interfaces. The network further includes a plurality of logical node entities. Each logical node entity includes two or more communication interfaces that are configured to wirelessly communicate in a redundant manner with any of the logical access entities. In an embodiment, a communication degradation in the network is assessed, and the network is configured as a function of that assessment to provide fault tolerance within the network.

A process for optimizing a portfolio of products produced from a crop includes the use of an objective function to determine optimized quantities of the products in the portfolio. The objective function, for example, includes quantity terms for the products. The objective function may also include additional terms such as an energy term and/or a storage term. The energy term, for example, relates to an amount of energy required to produce the products. The storage term, for example, relates to the cost of storing products. The crop, for example, may be sugarcane, and the products, for example, may be sugar, molasses, bagasse, biofuel, electricity, and/or carbon credits.

A digital signal representative of a difference in pressure is received from a differential pressure transmitter. A noise signal is obtained by processing the signal through a band pass filter or otherwise to provide a filtered noise signal. Absolute values of the filtered noise signal are calculated and compared to one or more predetermined threshold values to determine if one or more impulse lines are plugged. A training mode is used to determine the thresholds, which may be a function of flow rate and other flow conditions.
