A neuromorphic circuit according to example embodiments of inventive concepts includes a first neuron array including a plurality of neuron circuits generating a spike signal; a first synapse array including a plurality of first synapse circuits to process and output the spike signal transmitted from the first neuron array; a second synapse array including a plurality of second synapse circuits; a first connecting block positioned between the first synapse array and the second synapse array and connecting the first synapse array and the second synapse array in response to a control signal; and a control logic to generate the control signal. The neuromorphic circuit may easily expand the size of the synapse element array to a desired size by using a connecting block.

Provided is a mobile terminal switchable from a first state to a second state extended in a first direction, the mobile terminal comprising: a first frame; a second frame slidable in the first direction with respect to the first frame; a roller coupled to the end of the second frame in the first direction; a flexible display including a fixing part coupled to the first frame and a variable part extends from the fixing part and surrounding the roller, and is positioned on the front surface according to the sliding movement of the second frame; and a rolling hinge positioned on the rear surface of the variable part and changing correspondingly to the shape of the variable part, wherein the roller includes a sawtooth part formed on the outer surface thereof, and the rolling hinge includes a concave-convex part corresponding to the sawtooth part.

Disclosed herein is a mobile terminal including a first frame, a second frame, a slide frame movable with respect to the second frame in a first direction or a second direction, a flexible display including a third region bent to surround the second frame, and a rolling plate attached to a rear of the flexible display. Embodiments of inventive concepts relate to a neuromorphic circuit including a flash memory-based spike regulator capable of generating a stable spike signal with a small number of devices. The neuromorphic circuit may generate a simple and stable spike signal using a flash memory-based spike regulator. Therefore, it is possible to implement a semiconductor neuromorphic circuit at low power and low cost by using the spike regulator of the present invention. Example embodiments of inventive concepts provide a neuromorphic circuit comprising a control signal generator for generating a control signal for generating a pulse signal; and a spike regulator for generating a spike signal in response to the control signal. Wherein the spike regulator comprises a first transistor for switching an input signal transmitted to one terminal to the other terminal in response to the control signal; and a first flash memory type transistor having a drain terminal connected to the other terminal of the first transistor and transferring the switched input signal to a source terminal as a spike signal.

A mobile terminal includes a first frame, a second frame slidably-movable in a first direction or in a second direction opposite to the first direction from the first frame, a slide frame movable in the first direction or in the second direction with respect to the second frame, a flexible display unit including a first region coupled to the first frame, a second region coupled to the slide frame, and a third region positioned between the first region and the second region and bent while surrounding the second frame, a driving unit disposed to be positionally biased in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction, wherein the driving unit provides a force to the second frame to move, and a linear guide positioned between the first frame and the second frame and guiding the movement of the second frame in the first direction or in the second direction. The mobile terminal may improve durability of the flexible display unit by not restricting a point where the flexible display unit is bent to a specific position.
