The present application relates to a developing apparatus. The developing apparatus comprises a housing; a wafer support disposed within the housing and for holding a wafer; a semipermeable diaphragm disposed within the housing and separating the housing into an upper housing defining an upper chamber and a lower housing defining a low chamber, wherein the semipermeable diaphragm is semipermeable to moisture such that moisture is allowed to move from the lower chamber to the upper chamber, but liquid drops are prohibited to move from the upper chamber to the lower chamber; and a nozzle assembly disposed above the wafer support and for spraying at least developer to the wafer support.

Provided is a head-up display apparatus for a vehicle. The apparatus includes combiner assembly which includes a combiner exposed outside a dashboard or hidden inside the dashboard through a slot formed in the dashboard, a driver which provides a driving force to the combiner assembly, and a slot opening/closing device which opens or closes the slot by the driving force of the driver. The slot opening/closing device includes a door which opens or closes the slot, a lever-door link of which one end is connected to the door and which rotates about a first rotation axis, and a lever of which one end is connected to the lever-door link, which rotates about a second rotation axis, and to which the combiner assembly is slidably connected.

Head-up display apparatus for vehicle

A combiner-positioning apparatus for a vehicular head-up display is provided. The combiner-positioning apparatus includes a drive unit for supplying a driving force, a combiner assembly including a combiner, the combiner being projected and exposed to an outside or retracted or hidden into a slot formed in a dashboard by the driving force, a guide unit for guiding sliding movement of the combiner assembly in a vertical direction, and a power transmitter for transmitting the driving force to the combiner assembly.
