The present disclosure proposes a power headroom report method and a device using the same method. A method for performing a power headroom report (PHR) procedure by a first wireless device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: receiving PHR information from a second wireless device, the PHR configuration information providing a first timer value of a first periodic timer and a second timer value of a second periodic timer; and triggering the PHR procedure on the basis of the expiration of at least one of the first periodic timer and the second periodic timer, wherein the first timer value comprises a transmission period of a synchronization signal block transmitted by the second wireless device, and the first timer value is smaller than the second timer value.

Provided are an operating method for an IAB node including a DU and an MT in a wireless communication system, and a device. The method receives first resource direction information about the DU and second resource direction information about the MT, wherein each of the first and second resource direction information indicates the direction of each resource as being downlink, uplink or flexible. The IAB node determines, for a certain resource from among the resources, whether the DU and the MT can operate at the same time on the basis of the direction indicated by the first resource direction information and the direction indicated by the second resource direction information.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, when an unavailable resource exists in a resource set configured for repeated transmission of a physical uplink channel, the UE may determine a resource capable of actually performing repeated transmission of a physical uplink channel within the resource set. According to another embodiment of the present disclosure, when the terminal receives the TPC command within the resource corresponding to the DMRS bundle, the terminal may perform power control based on the TPC command after the resource.
