A medical radiofrequency coil may comprise: a base substrate; and a radio coil unit having a first coil element which has a rectangular shape and is formed along an edge of the inner peripheral surface of the base substrate, and a second coil element which is formed at the inner side of the first coil element and has a shape of paired paddles connected to each other. Therefore, the present inventive concept provides a radiofrequency coil, which can minimize an image distortion due to a beam-hardening artifact effect, and a medical imaging device including the same.

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing a poorly soluble drug, hyaluronic acid, and a fatty acid, and to a method for preparing the same. The pharmaceutical composition of the present application has excellent stability even for long-term storage and allows a sustained release of the drug, thereby preventing an overdose of the drug and improving the therapeutic efficiency at an effected area.

Provided are polyaniline coordinated with a transition metal, a core-shell nanoparticle including the same as a core, and preparation methods thereof. According to the polyaniline coordinated with a transition metal and the nanoparticle of the present application, it is possible to prepare polyaniline coordinated with a transition metal using an oxidizing agent having a core-shell structure and including the transition metal and a nanoparticle including the same as a core. The polyaniline prepared as such is in a doped state, and, thus, a preparation process is simple. Further, dispersibility with respect to a solvent is improved, and a band gap level of the polyaniline can be easily regulated.

The present invention relates to an amphiphilic nanoparticle specific to a biomarker, and more particularly, provides an amphiphilic nanoparticle which may be used as a diagnosis or treatment-type drug or gene carrier by selectively recognizing a proteolytic enzyme specifically expressed in a cellular membrane of a specific cell, and then being bound to the proteolytic enzyme to efficiently achieve the intracellular uptake and selective cleavage. The amphiphilic nanoparticle of the present invention may be used in the diagnosis or therapy of a disease.

Disclosed herein are multifunctional nanoparticles, comprising: polymer nanoparticles formed by loading a drug into a polymer; a gold thin film deposited on a portion of the surface of the polymer nanoparticles; and an antibody to a substance expressed on the surface of a cell to which the drug is to be delivered, the antibody being conjugated to the gold thin film. Also disclosed is a method for preparing multifunctional nanoparticles, the method comprising the steps of: loading a drug into a polymer to prepare polymer nanoparticles; depositing a portion of the surface of the polymer nanoparticles with a gold thin film; conjugating to the gold thin film an antibody to a substance expressed on the surface of a cell to which the drug is to be delivered; and separating from the resulting nanoparticles those in which a portion of the surface of the polymer nanoparticles is deposited with the gold thin film and conjugated with the antibody. Furthermore, disclosed are a composition containing the multifunctional nanoparticles and a method for diagnosing and treating disease using the composition.
