A variable flow rate valve mechanism includes a valve including a valve body and a valve shaft projecting from the valve body, a lock member fixed to the valve shaft at a position axially spaced from the valve body, an attachment member disposed between the valve body and the lock member and holding the valve together with the lock member, and a spring washer disposed between the lock member and the attachment member or between the attachment member and the valve body, and contacting the lock member or the valve body and the attachment member to impart an elastic force to the attachment member. A first member or a second member has an inner face, the inner face facing radially inward and facing an outer peripheral portion of the spring washer.

Variable flow rate valve mechanism and turbocharger

A valve is provided fitted into a mounting hole of a mounting member. The valve is allowed to have play with respect to the mounting member. The valve includes a valve body having a valve surface capable of being brought into contact with and being separated from a valve seat. A valve shaft is integrally formed on a head of the valve body. An axial center of the bypass passage is inclined with respect to a thickness direction of an inner wall portion of a turbine housing so that an opening portion on an outlet side in the bypass passage is located closer to a stem side than an opening portion on an inlet side. A center of the valve surface of the valve body is eccentric to the stem side with respect to an axial center of the valve shaft.

Turbocharger

Provided is a diaphragm type actuator that drives an operation rod in an axial direction of the operation rod, including: a diaphragm which is connected to the operation rod; a low pressure chamber which is adjacent to one end side of the diaphragm in the axial direction; a high pressure chamber which is adjacent to the other end side of the diaphragm in the axial direction; a return spring which is provided in the low pressure chamber and urges the diaphragm toward the high pressure chamber; and a retainer which is provided on a surface near the high pressure chamber in the diaphragm. An elastic member is disposed inside the high pressure chamber and the elastic member is disposed between a retainer and a wall surface facing the retainer in the axial direction.

Diaphragm type actuator

A connecting pin is integrally provided at a distal end portion of an actuating rod of an actuator, a pin hole for allowing insertion of the connecting pin is penetrated and formed at a distal end portion of the link member, an annular wave spring for biasing the connecting pin to a center side of the pin hole is provided inside the pin hole of the link member, the wave spring is fitted into a circumferential groove of the connecting pin and alternately has a plurality of convex portions and a plurality of concave portions along its circumferential direction, each of the convex portions of the wave spring is brought into pressure contact with an inner circumferential surface of the pin hole, and each of the concave portions of the wave spring is brought into pressure contact with a bottom surface of the circumferential groove of the connecting pin.

Variable flow valve mechanism and turbocharger

Provided is a diaphragm type actuator which drives an operation rod in an axial direction, including: a diaphragm which is connected to the operation rod; a high pressure chamber which is adjacent to one end side of the diaphragm in the axial direction; a low pressure chamber which is adjacent to the other end side of the diaphragm in the axial direction; and a return spring which is provided in the low pressure chamber and urges the diaphragm toward the high pressure chamber. Since an absorption portion is disposed inside the high pressure chamber, a force acting on the diaphragm is absorbed when the diaphragm moves toward the high pressure chamber and stops therein.

In a variable-flow-rate valve mechanism, a valve is fitted into an attachment hole of an attachment member. The valve allows for play with the attachment member, and includes a valve body provided with a valve surface. A valve shaft is integrally formed in the center of a head portion of the valve body. A stopping member is provided to a leading end portion of the valve shaft. A leaf spring is provided to the valve shaft. The leaf spring includes a folded-back portion formed by bending. An insertion hole is formed in one end portion of the leaf spring. A cutout portion is formed in another end portion of the leaf spring. The one end portion of the leaf spring is fixed to the attachment member and the other end portion of the leaf spring is pressed to the head portion of the valve body.
