The viewing angle varying film includes a first film, a second film that overlaps the first film and is spaced apart from the first film, a first electrode on the first film, a second electrode on the second film, and a viewing angle varying layer between the first electrode and the second electrode. The viewing angle varying layer includes a plurality of first structures and a plurality of second structures including colored particles and are spaced apart from each other. At least one or more of a height, a width, and a shape of the plurality of first structures and the plurality of second structures is different. Accordingly, various viewing field characteristics may be satisfied.
