A display device includes a base layer, a circuit layer including a reinforcing layer disposed on the base layer and transistors disposed on the reinforced layer, where each of the transistors includes a semiconductor pattern including a source, an active, a drain, and a gate, and a display layer including a light-emitting diode connected to the transistors, where the reinforcing layer overlaps three or more actives among actives of the transistors. Some of semiconductor patterns of the transistors include polysilicon, others of the semiconductor patterns of the transistors include oxide, and a distance from the reinforcing layer to a semiconductor pattern including the polysilicon is shorter than a distance from the reinforcing layer to a semiconductor pattern including the oxide.

Display device

A display panel includes a folding axis about which the display panel is foldable, a circuit element layer which is foldable about the folding axis, the circuit element layer including a first transistor including a first semiconductor pattern, a second transistor electrically connected to the first transistor and including a second semiconductor pattern, and the first semiconductor pattern and the second semiconductor pattern on the same layer of the circuit element layer, and a connection pattern which connects the first semiconductor pattern and the second semiconductor pattern to each other, and is on a different layer of the circuit element layer from the same layer on which the first semiconductor pattern and the second semiconductor pattern are disposed, and a light emission element connected to the circuit element layer.

Circuit element connection pattern and electronic device having the same

A display apparatus includes: a substrate including a display area and a non-display area, where the non-display area includes a first area, a second area, a bent area and a pad area, and the bent area is arranged between the first area and the second area; a display portion arranged in the display area; a driving circuit portion arranged in the non-display area; and a fan-out portion arranged between the display portion and the driving circuit portion and in the first area, the bent area and the second area, where the fan-out portion transfers a data signal from the driving circuit portion to the display portion. The fan-out portion includes a first data line including a first first data line arranged in the second area and a second first data line arranged in the pad area and disposed in a layer different from the first first data line.

Display apparatus

A pixel includes a light emitting element including an anode and a cathode, a first transistor connected between the anode and a first power line and switched by a voltage of a node, a second transistor connected between the first transistor connected to the first power line and a data line and switched by a write scan signal, a third transistor connected between the node and the anode and switched by a compensation scan signal, and an insulating layer covering the second and third transistors. A first groove is defined in a portion of the insulating layer adjacent to the third transistor.

Pixel and display device including the same

The display device includes a display panel and an input detection member. The input detection member includes a first conductive pattern, a first insulating layer covering the first conductive pattern, a second conductive pattern disposed on the first insulating layer, and a second insulating layer covering the second conductive pattern. Display device and method of manufacturing display device

A display device includes a sensor having a detection electrode. An optical pattern layer is disposed directly on the sensor and includes a plurality of transmission portions and a light blocking portion. A display panel is disposed on the optical pattern layer. A minimum distance between the detection electrode and the light blocking portion is in a range of 1 micrometer-5 micrometers.

Display device including fingerprint recognition function

A display device may include a display panel including a pixel region and an input sensor, wherein the input sensor includes a first conductive layer disposed on the display panel. A first insulation layer is disposed on the first conductive layer and has a first opening in a first region overlapping the pixel region, a second conductive layer is disposed on the first insulation layer. A display device having an improved light-extraction efficiency and a reduced color sense variation according to a viewing angle includes a pixel electrode on a substrate, an insulating layer defining an emission area via an opening that covers edges of the pixel electrode and exposes a center portion of the pixel electrode, a first light extraction pattern on the pixel electrode, the first light extraction pattern having a side surface inclined at a first angle, and a second light extraction pattern surrounding the first light extraction pattern on an outer portion of the first light extraction pattern, the second light extraction pattern having a side surface inclined at a second angle that is less than the first angle.

A display apparatus includes a pixel electrode, a pixel-defining layer covering edges of the pixel electrode, where an opening is defined through the pixel-defining layer to expose a central portion of the pixel electrode, and a light-condensing layer disposed over the pixel electrode to correspond to the opening. A first first slope angle of a first first side surface of the light-condensing layer with respect to a lower surface of the light-condensing layer is different from a second first slope angle of a second first side surface of the light-condensing layer with respect to the lower surface.

Display apparatus including light-condensing layer on sensor electrode layer and method of manufacturing the same

Disclosed is a display device including a display module, and a sensor layer below the display module for detecting light reflected from the display module, and including a base layer, a sensing layer on the base layer and including a sensing element that detects the light, and an optical pattern layer between the sensing layer and the display module, and including a light-shield section defining openings arranged at intervals when viewed in a plan view, and transmission sections respectively located in the openings.

Display device and method of fabricating the same

A display device includes: a display module configured to display an image; and a detection sensor disposed on the display module, wherein the detection sensor includes a base layer, a biometric sensing layer, an optical pattern layer, and a sensing dielectric layer, wherein the biometric sensing layer is disposed on the base layer, wherein the optical pattern layer is disposed on the biometric sensing layer, and the sensing dielectric layer is disposed on the optical pattern layer. An electronic device includes: a display layer; and a sensor layer on the display layer, the sensor layer including: a first sensing electrode having a first sub-sensing electrode and a second sub-sensing electrode electrically separated from the first sub-sensing electrode; and a second sensing electrode intersecting the first sensing electrode, wherein the sensor layer is configured to sense an external input through a change in mutual capacitance between the first sensing electrode and the second sensing electrode, and the sensor layer is further configured to sense an input by an active pen through a change in capacitance of each of the first sub-sensing electrode, the second sub-sensing electrode, and the second sensing electrode.
