A display device includes a substrate on which a plurality of pixels are disposed; a bank defining emission areas of the plurality of pixels; and an emission layer formed in each of the emission areas, wherein the bank includes a first bank extended in row and column directions; a second bank disposed on the first bank and extended in the column direction to separate adjacent pixel columns; and a third bank disposed on the second bank, wherein the first bank is hydrophilic, and each of the second bank and the third bank has a hydrophobic upper surface.

An organic light-emitting display device comprises a substrate comprising a display area with sub-pixels arranged along a first direction and a second direction intersecting the first direction and a non-display area surrounding the display area; an overcoat layer placed on the substrate; first electrodes placed on the overcoat layer and allocated to the sub-pixels; a first bank that is placed in the display area and the non-display area and has first openings exposing the first electrode; a second bank that is placed in the display area and the non-display area and has second openings exposing the first electrodes arranged along the second direction on the first bank; and organic light-emitting layers placed on the second openings, wherein the second openings expose the first bank in the non-display area.

Organic light emitting device having first and second banks extended to a dummy area

A display device includes a substrate including a display area in which pixels are arranged, and a non-display area in which dummy patterns are arranged, the non-display area surrounding the display area; an emission layer formed in the pixels and the dummy patterns; and a bank surrounding the emission layer, wherein in the non-display area, the bank includes multiple protrusions protruding from a side of the bank into the dummy pattern.
