Disclosed is a display device comprising a substrate including a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area, a plurality of signal link lines disposed in the non-display area of the substrate and configured to connect a plurality of signal lines of the display area to a pad portion configured to receive an external signal, a plurality of touch link lines disposed in the non-display area, overlapped with at least some of the plurality of signal link lines and configured to connect the pad portion to a plurality of touch lines in the display area, and a compensation pattern based on an overlap between at least one of the plurality of signal link lines and at least one of the plurality of touch link line corresponding to at least one of the plurality of touch lines.

Disclosed are a transparent display panel and a transparent display device, which each include a plurality of data lines, a plurality of gate lines, and a plurality of transparent pixels each including a plurality of subpixels which display different colors and are disposed adjacent to each other in a first direction and a transparent area disposed adjacent to a corresponding subpixel in a second direction, thereby enabling a pixel defect such as a dark spot or a hot spot to be repaired and enabling normal driving. To this end, the transparent display panel and the transparent display device each include a repair line overlapping a first transparent pixel and a second transparent pixel adjacent to each other in the second direction in the plurality of transparent pixels.

Disclosed is an organic light emitting display device that may include first and second pads on a pad area of a substrate, wherein the first pad includes a first bonding region and a first link region, and the second pad includes a second bonding region, a contact region, and a second link region. A first bonding electrode in the first bonding region is electrically connected to one or more signal lines in the active area of the device through contact holes in the first bonding region. A second bonding electrode is electrically connected to one or more signal lines of the device through contact holes in the contact region. The contact region is closer to the active area than the first bonding region.

Organic light emitting display device

An organic light emitting display device is discussed. The organic light emitting display device includes a driving thin film transistor including an active layer and a gate electrode; a storage capacitor including a first electrode and a second electrode; a first pattern electrode including the gate electrode and the first electrode; an anode disposed on the driving thin film transistor and the storage capacitor; a second pattern electrode connected with an anode contact part which connects an output electrode connected with the active layer and the anode; and a patterned semiconductor layer including the active layer having a semiconductive characteristic and a shield unit having a conductive characteristic.

A see-through organic light emitting display device including a light emitting region having a transparent anode, an organic light emitting layer, and a transparent cathode, and a see-through region having a transparent auxiliary electrode, which is configured to transmit external light. The transparent auxiliary electrode can be made from the same material as the transparent anode and separated from the transparent anode, and the transparent cathode extends into the see-through region so as to be electrically connected with the transparent auxiliary electrode.

See-through organic light emitting display device and method for manufacturing the same

Provided is an organic light emitting display device. The organic light emitting display device includes: a plurality of sub-pixels including an anode and a cathode; an anode line configured to supply an anode voltage to the anode; and a cathode line configured to supply a cathode voltage to the cathode, and in each of the plurality of sub-pixels, a direction of an anode voltage input of the anode line and a direction of a cathode voltage input of the cathode line are different from each other and face each other in order to reduce a deviation in a potential difference between the anode and the cathode. Thus, it is possible to improve uniformity in the potential difference between the anode and the cathode caused by a line resistance.

A top-emission type light emitting display device and a corresponding manufacturing method are described. A device substrate has display area and non-display areas. In the display area are formed: a thin film transistor including an active layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode; and an organic light emitting element including an anode, an organic light emitting layer, and a cathode. In the non-display area a second voltage supply wire is formed on, and overlaps with, a first voltage supply wire. An anti-burning layer is disposed between the first voltage and the second voltage supply wires. The anti-burning layer is an insulation layer with the same thickness as a space sufficient to suppress burning of the wires in the overlapping region between the first voltage supply wire and the second voltage supply wire, thus improving reliability and manufacturing yield of the device.

Top emission type organic light emitting display device and method of manufacturing the same

A display device and method of forming a display device are provided. A display device includes: a first auxiliary electrode coupled to a first power voltage supply line; a second auxiliary electrode coupled to a second power voltage supply line with a first link electrode; an active area, comprising: scan lines; data lines; first voltage lines; second voltage lines; and pixels; and a display drive circuit configured to supply data voltages to data links coupled to the data lines, wherein the first auxiliary electrode, the second auxiliary electrode, the first power voltage supply line, the second power voltage supply line, the data links, and the display drive circuit being in a bezel area corresponding to an area outside the active area, the second auxiliary electrode being between the first auxiliary electrode and the active area, the first auxiliary electrode being between the second auxiliary electrode and the display drive circuit.

Display device and method of forming a display device

A flexible substrate and corresponding method of manufacturing are described. The flexible substrate includes a substrate, a first buffer layer, a second buffer layer and a third buffer layer. The first buffer layer, positioned on the substrate, has a plurality of first buffer segments. The second buffer layer, positioned on the first buffer layer, has a plurality of second buffer segments. The third buffer layer, positioned on the second buffer layer, is connected to the first buffer layer via a contact hole between two adjacent second buffer segments. Because the first buffer layer is patterned to include buffer segments, cracking in the first buffer layer is reduced. Because the third buffer layer is connected to segments of the first buffer layer via a contact hole between two adjacent second buffer segments, moisture permeation paths from the substrate into the second buffer layer are blocked, suppressing moisture permeation.

Flexible substrate and method of manufacturing the same

Provided are an organic light emitting display device and a method for manufacturing the same. The organic light emitting display device comprises a transistor on a substrate, a cathode on the transistor and connected to a source or a drain of the transistor, a bank layer on the cathode and having an opening, a metal buffer layer on the cathode, an organic light emitting layer on the metal buffer layer, and an anode on the organic light emitting layer.
