An outdoor unit of an air conditioner includes a housing including a base forming a bottom surface of the outdoor unit, a fan inside the housing to cause air to flow, a heat exchanger inside the housing to perform heat-exchange with the air caused to flow by the fan, a heater on the base, a drain plug mounted on, and penetrating, the base, and forming a drain hole through which water inside the housing is dischargeable to outside the housing, and a heat conduction plate in contact with the heater and accommodated inside the drain plug to transfer heat generated by the heater to the inside of the drain plug.

An outdoor unit of an air conditioner, including a cabinet; a heat exchange room inside the cabinet; a component room case at one side of the heat exchange room, including an opening in a first side of the component room case; a component room inside the component room case; an electric component in the component room; a case cover to cover the opening of the component room case; a sealing member between the component room case and the case cover; a duct at a second side of the component room case, and connected to the heat exchange room; and a duct hole in the second side of the component room case connecting the component room case and the duct. Outdoor unit of air conditioner

An outdoor unit of an air conditioner includes a housing, a fan inside the housing and configured to cause air to flow and a machine room inside the housing at one side of the fan. A first partition inside the housing includes an inlet hole through which air flow from the fan enters the machine room. A second partition inside the housing, between the fan and the machine room, includes an outlet hole through which air in the machine room is sucked toward the fan. A fan guard is in front of the fan and includes an opening portion on one side of the fan guard that is positioned toward the first partition such that the air flow from the fan moves toward the machine room. A front cover, in front of the first partition, is configured to guide air having passed through the opening portion of the fan guide to the inlet hole of the first partition.

Provided is a screening method of discovering genes capable of increasing 1,4-BDO production on the basis of proteomics data. Over-expression of proteins screened by the method, NCgl0630 (citrate synthase) and NCgl2145 (hypothetical protein), increase 1,4-BDO productivity. The method may lead to screening of a protein associated with 1,4-BDO productivity, thereby increasing 1,4-BDO productivity, and thus, the method may be recognized as being industrially applicable.
