A linear compressor includes a frame, an outer stator comprising a stator core disposed at the frame, a teeth portion extending inward from the stator core, and a teeth shoe extending in a circumferential direction from an inner end of the teeth portion, a coil disposed at the teeth portion, a cylinder disposed at the frame, a piston disposed in the cylinder, an inner stator coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the piston, a magnet is disposed at the teeth shoe, and a virtual pole that is disposed at the teeth shoe and faces the inner stator, the virtual pole being disposed at an axial front or an axial rear of the magnet. The outer stator includes a plurality of core plates stacked axially. A distance between the magnet and the inner stator is different from a distance between the virtual pole and the inner stator.

Linear compressor

A transverse flux reciprocating motor and a linear compressor including the same are described. The transverse flux reciprocating motor includes an outer stator including a stator core, a teeth portion extended from the stator core to an inside, and a teeth shoe extended from an inner end of the teeth portion in a circumferential direction; a coil disposed on the teeth portion; an inner stator disposed in the outer stator and configured to reciprocate in an axial direction due to an electromagnetic interaction with the coil; and a magnet disposed on the teeth shoe and facing the inner stator. The stator core includes a plurality of core plates stacked in the axial direction. The magnet includes first and second magnets that are spaced from each other in the axial direction.

Transverse flux reciprocating motor and linear compressor including the same

A linear compressor includes a cylinder, a piston disposed in the cylinder and reciprocating along an axis of the cylinder, a stator core disposed outside the cylinder, a coil winding body that is disposed in the stator core and includes first to fourth coils that are spaced from each other in a circumferential direction, a mover connected to the piston and reciprocating along the axis by an electromagnetic interaction with the coil winding body, and a switch unit configured to connect the first and second coils and the third and fourth coils in series or in parallel depending on a magnitude of a load. The first and second coils are connected in series, and the third and fourth coils are connected in series. The first to fourth coils each have the same inductance.

A linear compressor includes a frame; an outer stator including a stator core disposed on the frame, a teeth portion extending inward from the stator core, and a teeth shoe extending in a circumferential direction from an inner end of the teeth portion; a coil disposed on the teeth portion; a cylinder disposed on the frame; a piston disposed in the cylinder; an inner stator coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the piston, and reciprocating in an axial direction by electromagnetic interaction with the coil; a magnet disposed on the teeth shoe and facing the inner stator; and a virtual pole disposed on the teeth shoe, disposed in front or behind in an axial direction of the magnet, and facing the inner stator. The outer stator includes a plurality of core plates stacked in the axial direction.

In a linear motor and the linear compressor having the same according to the present disclosure, a plurality of magnets are coupled to a stator equipped with a winding coil, and a mover core made of magnetic material instead of a permanent magnet is provided on the mover, and by the magnetizing plurality of magnets in the same direction, the motor output can increase by increasing thrust instead of decreasing the centering force for the mover core. In addition, as it is applied to a two-pore motor, it is possible to easily control the mover core and to easily perform an assembly operation and a magnetization operation for the magnet. In addition, as the stator is made of a grain-oriented core, core loss may be reduced and the motor efficiency may be improved.

Linear motor and linear compressor having same

A transverse flux type reciprocating motor and a reciprocating compressor having a transverse flux type reciprocating motor are provided. The transverse flux type reciprocating motor may include a first reciprocating module including a first stator and a first rotor that reciprocates with respect to the first stator, a second reciprocating module including a second stator disposed to be spaced apart from the first stator in parallel to an axial direction and a second rotor that reciprocates with respect to the second rotor in the axial direction, and a connection member that connects side surfaces, which face each other, of the first rotor and the second rotors to each other. Thus, a magnetic resonance spring for allowing the rotor to be resonant with respect to the stator may be realized by using a force that moves to a side at which magnetic resistance is low between the stator and the rotor.

A transverse flux type linear motor and a linear compressor having the same include: a stator core in which a plurality of stator sheets are laminated along an axial direction; a winding coil provided in the stator core to form an alternating magnetic flux in a transverse direction perpendicular to the axial direction in the stator core; a plurality of magnets fixedly coupled to a radial side surface of the stator core to have different magnetic poles alternately arranged along the axial and circumferential directions; and an integral mover provided with a radial air gap with respect to the plurality of magnets to reciprocate in an axial direction with respect to the stator core by a magnetic force formed on the magnet.

Transverse flux type linear motor and linear compressor having the same

A moving core type reciprocating motor is provided that may include a stator on which a coil may be wound and having an air gap; a magnet fixed to the stator; and a mover that includes a moving core disposed to face the magnet in the air gap and reciprocates with respect to the stator. The magnet may have a first pole and a second pole that are different poles arranged in a reciprocation direction of the mover, and a length of the first pole may be larger than a length of the second pole.

Moving core type reciprocating motor and compressor

A compressor according to the present disclosure may include a bearing member located out of a range in an axial direction of a rotor. Accordingly, the bearing member and the rotor cannot overlap each other so as to reduce a bearing area. This may result in reducing a frictional loss of the compressor and ensuring a press-fit length of the rotor, so as to prevent interference between the rotor and a stator. Also, an area of an oil passage can be increased without an increase in the frictional loss, resulting in an increase in an amount of oil supplied.

A transverse flux reciprocating motor and a reciprocating compressor having a transverse flux reciprocating motor are provided. The transverse flux reciprocating motor may include a stator wound with a magnet coil, a mover inserted into the stator and coupled with a magnet having opposite magnetic poles in an orthogonal direction with respect to a magnetic flux generated by the magnet coil, and a magnetic resonance spring that allows the mover to perform a resonance motion with respect to the stator using a force trying to move toward a side with low magnetic resistance between the stator and the mover, whereby the transverse flux reciprocating motor and the reciprocating compressor having a transverse flux reciprocating motor may be reduced in size and weight and obtain high efficiency.

A movable core-type reciprocating motor and a compressor having a movable core-type reciprocating motor are provided. The motor may include a stator including an inner stator and an outer stator; a magnet coil wound between the inner stator and the outer stator; a magnet fixed to at least one of the inner stator or the outer stator so as to be at least partially positioned within a range of the air gap; and a mover including at least one movable core disposed in the air gap and made of a magnetic material to perform a reciprocation movement with respect to the stator and the magnet and a connection member made of a non-magnetic material and configured to support the at least one movable core.

Moveable core-type reciprocating motor and reciprocating compressor having a moveable core-type reciprocating motor

Provided are a moving core-type reciprocating motor and a reciprocating compressor having the same. The moving core-type reciprocating motor includes a stator including an inner stator and an outer stator having one side connected to one side of the inner stator and the other side spaced apart from the other side of the inner stator in a radius direction to define a gap together with the other side of the inner stator, a magnet coil wound between the inner stator and the outer stator, a magnet fixed to at least one of the inner stator and the outer stator so as to be exposed to the gap, a rotor including a moving core disposed in the gas and made of a magnetic material to reciprocate with respect to the stator and the magnet and a hollow connection member made of a nonmagnetic material and supporting the moving core so that the moving core is exposed to the gap toward the magnet. Thus, the reciprocating motor and the reciprocating compressor having the same are compact and lightweight to more improve efficiency.

Moving core-type reciprocating motor and reciprocating compressor having the same

A transverse flux reciprocating motor and a reciprocating compressor including a transverse flux reciprocating motor are provided. The transverse flux reciprocating motor may include a stator having an inner stator and an outer stator located outside and spaced apart from the inner stator in a radial direction, at least one magnet coil wound on the stator, at least one magnet coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the inner stator or an inner circumferential surface of the outer stator and having different magnetic poles arranged in an orthogonal direction of flux generated by the magnet coil, and a mover inserted into a cavity formed between the inner stator and the outer stator, formed of a magnetic material and reciprocating with respect to the stator. A magnetic resonant spring for causing resonant motion of the mover with respect to the stator using a force moving to low magnetic resistance between the stator and the mover is implemented, thereby reducing a size and weight of the reciprocating motor and the reciprocating compressor including the reciprocating motor and obtaining higher efficiency.
