A display device includes a first substrate, a pixel defining layer on the first substrate, the pixel defining layer configured to define a light emission area, a first electrode in the light emission area, a light emitting layer on the first electrode, a second electrode on the light emitting layer, a second substrate which is opposite to the first substrate, and a reflecting member on a lower surface of the first substrate. The reflecting member may include a first reflecting unit on the lower surface of the first substrate, the first reflecting unit having an aperture at a position overlapping the light emission area, and a second reflecting unit on the first reflecting unit.

Display device

A thin film transistor array substrate comprises: a substrate; a driving thin film transistor including an active layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode; a first capacitor including a first electrode connected to the gate electrode, and a second electrode disposed at a layer different from a layer at which the first electrode is disposed and at least partially overlapping the first electrode; a first conductive layer disposed at a layer that is the same as the layer of the second electrode of the first capacitor; a second conductive layer disposed at a layer different from the layer at which the first conductive layer is disposed; and a bridge electrode disposed at a layer that is different from the first and second conductive layers, and contacting the first and second conductive layers so that the first and second conductive layers are electrically connected to each other.

Thin film transistor array substrate and display apparatus including the same

An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes a display area including first and second pixels. A plurality of photo sensors is arranged in an outer area of the display area. The first pixel includes a first pixel electrode, an opposite electrode, and a first emission layer between the first pixel electrode and the opposite electrode. The first pixel electrode, the opposite electrode, and the first emission layer are arranged on a substrate. The second pixel includes a second pixel electrode, the opposite electrode having a reflectance less than a reflectance of the second pixel electrode, and a second emission layer between the second pixel electrode and the opposite electrode. The second pixel is closer to the plurality of photo sensors than the first pixel. The second pixel electrode includes a first portion in parallel with the substrate and a second portion having a slope with respect to the substrate.

Organic light-emitting display apparatus

A display device is disclosed. In one aspect, the display device includes a substrate, a display unit formed over the substrate and a thin film encapsulation layer covering the display unit. The display device further includes an encapsulation substrate formed over the thin film encapsulation layer and encapsulating the display unit and a photosensor formed on an end of the thin film encapsulation layer.

A display device includes a substrate and a reflection layer. The substrate includes a first emission region, a second emission region, a third emission region, and a non-emission region. The reflection layer overlaps the first emission region, the second emission region, and the non-emission region, and has an opening corresponding to the third emission region. The first emission region, the second emission region, and the third emission region emit different color light.

An organic light-emitting display apparatus, including a substrate; a first reflective layer, a second reflective layer, and a third reflective layer that are separately disposed on the substrate; a first insulating layer on the first reflective layer, but not on the second reflective layer and the third reflective layer; a second insulating layer on the first insulating layer and the second reflective layer, but not on the third reflective layer; and a first pixel electrode for red emission on the second insulating layer and corresponding to the first reflective layer, a second pixel electrode for green emission on the second insulating layer and corresponding to the second reflective layer, and a third pixel electrode for blue emission on the third reflective layer.
