Disclosed herein is a pulsation damping device of a hydraulic brake system. The pulsation damping device of a hydraulic brake system which attenuates a pressure pulsation of brake oil discharged from a pump comprise a sleeve inserted into a bore which communicates with an inport into which the brake oil is introduced and an outport through which the brake oil is discharged, wherein one end of the sleeve is open and the other end is closed, a damping member accommodated in the sleeve and hollowed to form a damping space therein, and a stopper member configured to block one open end of the bore and coupled to an opening of the sleeve.

Pulsation damping device of hydraulic brake system

Disclosed herein is a solenoid valve for a brake system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the solenoid valve for a brake system includes a filter member accommodated in an bore of a modulator block having an inlet path and an outlet path, a magnet core coupled to the filter member and having a through hole passing through in a longitudinal direction, a sleeve fixed to a modulator block and having a flange part coupled to an outer side of the magnet core, an armature installed to be movable forward and backward inside the sleeve, a valve seat fixed to the through hole and including a first orifice, a plunger disposed in the through hole so as to open and close the first orifice by moving forward and backward according to an operation of the armature, and a restoring spring pressurizing the plunger toward the armature, and the filter member includes a filter filtering oil, an insertion part in which a second orifice is formed and press-fitted into the through hole, a supporting part provided on an outer side of the insertion part and supporting a lower end of the magnet core, and a check valve forming a bypass flow path between the inlet path and the outlet path. A slot in communication with the inlet path is formed on a lower side of the supporting part so that oil flows into an entrance of the bypass flow path.

Solenoid valve for brake system

Disclosed is a copolyester resin composed mainly of terephthalic acid, ethyleneglycol, 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol, polyethyleneglycol bisphenol-A and a multifunctional monomer. According to the current invention, the multifunctional monomer and polyethyleneglycol bisphenol-A are additionally copolymerized along with 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol, whereby the resultant copolyester resin can have low haze and high melt viscosity and melt strength, with superior moldability due to low melt pressure. In addition, extrusion blow molded articles and profile extruded articles, such as bottles and tubes, are provided by use of the copolyester resin having superior properties.

Copolyester resin and articles using the same

Disclosed is a method for preparing polyester resins copolymerized with glycol for modification such as 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol, in which the content of said glycol ingredient for modification ranges from 20 to 80 mol % of the total glycol content. Dicarboxylic acid such as terephthalic acid is esterified with ethylene glycol and said glycol for modification. The esterification product is subjected to polycondensation in the presence of a titanium dioxide/silicon dioxide coprecipitate catalyst, said catalyst being in the form of 4% or less strength by weight suspension in glycol. The copolyester prepared as above shows excellent transparency and color properties in addition to being produced at high efficiency.
