A display device includes a substrate having a pixel area and a peripheral area, a plurality of pixels disposed on the substrate in the pixel area, a plurality of data lines that supply a plurality of data signals to the pixels, a plurality of scan lines that supply a plurality of scan signals to the pixels, a plurality of power supply lines that supply a first voltage to the pixels, and first through third insulating layers. The first insulating layer is disposed on the substrate, the second insulating layer is disposed on the first insulating layer, and the third insulating layer is disposed on the second insulating layer. The scan lines are disposed below the third insulating layer on the substrate in the pixel area, and are disposed on the third insulating layer in the peripheral area.

Display device

A display device includes a substrate including a pixel region and a peripheral region. A plurality of pixels is disposed in the pixel region of the substrate. Each of the plurality of pixels includes a light emitting element. Data lines and scan lines are connected to each of the plurality of pixels. A power line is configured to supply power to the plurality of pixels. The power line includes a plurality of first conductive lines and a plurality of second conductive lines intersecting the plurality of first conductive lines. The plurality of second conductive lines is arranged in a region between adjacent light emitting elements of the plurality of pixels. At least some of the plurality of second conductive lines extend in a direction oblique to a direction of extension of the data lines or the scan lines.

Display device having conductive patterns with reduced display element overlap

A display device includes first pixels configured to be positioned in a first pixel area and configured to be connected to first scan lines; first scan stage circuits configured to be positioned in a first peripheral area that is positioned outside the first pixel area and configured to supply first scan signals to the first scan lines; second pixels configured to be positioned in a second pixel area and configured to be connected to second scan lines; and second scan stage circuits configured to be positioned in a second peripheral area that is positioned outside the second pixel area and configured to supply second scan signals to the second scan lines. A gap between adjacent second scan stage circuits is larger than a gap between adjacent first scan stage circuits.

A display device includes a substrate including a first pixel area and a second pixel area, wherein the second pixel area is located at a side of the first pixel area, first pixels located in the first pixel area and connected to first scan lines, and second pixels located in the second pixel area and connected to second scan lines, wherein the first pixels and the second pixels include pixel rows extending in a first direction, and at least one of the second scan lines is inclined with respect to the first direction.

The display device comprises a display panel including a plurality of signal pads and one or more dummy pads, and at least one flexible wiring board providing signals to the signal pads, wherein a maximum bias period of signals provided to a pair of adjacent signal pads with at least one dummy pad interposed therebetween is longer than a maximum bias period of signals provided to a pair of adjacent signal pads with no dummy pad disposed therebetween.

A display device includes a substrate including a display area and a peripheral area disposed around the display area. The peripheral area includes a bending region and a contact region adjacent to the bending region. A first connection line includes a first portion disposed in the contact region, and a second portion disposed in both the bending region and the contact region, and including a first layer and a second layer. At least part of the second layer of the second portion overlaps the first layer of the second portion. In the contact region, the first layer of the second portion is electrically connected to the first portion, and the second layer of the second portion is electrically connected to the first layer of the second portion.

Display device including a flexible substrate

A display device is disclosed. In one aspect, the display device includes a substrate including a display area, the display area including a plurality of pixels configured to display an image and a pad area adjacent to the pad area and configured to transfer electrical signals. At least a portion of the pad area is bendable. The display device also includes an insulating layer formed over the substrate and including a bending groove in the pad area. The bending groove includes a sidewall. A plurality of peripheral wires is formed over the insulating layer, and a cutoff portion is connected to the sidewall and disposed between adjacent peripheral wires.

There is provided a display device including a substrate, a circuit layer, and an element layer. A display area of the substrate includes a main display area in which emission areas are arranged side by side, and at least one sub-display area surrounded by the main display area. The at least one sub-display area further includes light transmission areas located between the emission areas. The circuit layer includes light-emitting pixel drivers respectively electrically connected to the light-emitting elements of the element layer, data lines transmitting data signals to the light-emitting pixel drivers, first dummy lines extending in a first direction intersecting the data lines, and second dummy lines extending parallel to the data lines and paired with the data lines, respectively. The second dummy lines include reset transmission lines extending from the non-display area to the at least one sub-display area.

A display device includes an electronic panel, a window, an optical sheet, and a stress control member. The electronic panel includes a first non-bending area having a first area overlapping the optical sheet and a second area overlapping at least part of the recessed area, a bending area configured to be bent relative to the first non-bending area, and a second non-bending area extending from the bending area and movable to a position opposing the first non-bending area. The optical sheet is disposed between the electronic panel and the window and having a recessed area defined therein extending toward a center of the optical sheet. A display device includes a substrate including a display area and a peripheral area disposed around the display area. The peripheral area includes a bending region and a contact region adjacent to the bending region. A first connection line includes a first portion disposed in the contact region, and a second portion disposed in both the bending region and the contact region, and including a first layer and a second layer. At least part of the second layer of the second portion overlaps the first layer of the second portion. In the contact region, the first layer of the second portion is electrically connected to the first portion, and the second layer of to the second portion is electrically connected to the first layer of the second portion.
