An electronic apparatus is provided. The electronic apparatus includes a storage divided into a first area and a second area, the second area having a storage method different than a storage method of the first area regarding data from the first area and a processor configured to, in response to a predetermined event occurring, store booting data stored in the first area in the second area, and if the predetermined event occurs again while the booting data is stored in the second area, to boot the electronic apparatus using the booting data stored in the second area.

Output buffer having high slew rate, method of controlling output buffer, and display driving device including output buffer

A driver integrated circuit (IC) for a liquid crystal display (LCD) has a double column structure. The driver IC includes a first shift register unit, a first data latch unit, first and second decoders, and first and second output buffers. The first data latch unit receives and stores first and second group channel data in response to a clock signal generated by the first shift register unit. The first decoder receives the first group channel data and outputs gamma voltages corresponding to the first group channel data. The second decoder receives the second group channel data and outputs gamma voltages corresponding to the second group channel data. The first and second output buffers are aligned along a long edge of the driver IC and buffer the corresponding gamma voltages to drive corresponding channels. The first shift register unit and the first data latch unit are shared by upper and lower blocks to process the first and second group channel data together.

LCD driver integrated circuit having double column structure

A data transmission device for reducing power consumption includes a data source configured to provide data, a data transmission line having a plurality of data transmission sections, and data storage units respectively coupled to the data transmission sections. The respective data storage units determine whether the data storage units store the provided data, and store the provided data based on the determination result. The provided data is sequentially stored into the data storage units, from one end of the data storage units to the other end of the data storage units. A data transmission controller is configured to control the data transmission sections and to transmit the provided data to one of the data storage units. Therefore, the data transmission device may reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) that is proportional to the current in the source driver.
