An organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate including a display and non-display regions at a periphery of the display region with red, green, blue and white pixel regions as one pixel group formed in the display region, and the display region divided into a first region and a second region; an organic emitting diode in each of the red, green, blue and white pixel regions; first to third power lines respectively disposed at an end of the first region, at an opposite end of the second region and a boundary of the first and second regions and connected to the organic emitting diode; a first drive integrated circuit connected to the first and third power lines; and a second drive integrated circuit connected to the second and third power lines, wherein the first and second regions are symmetric with respect to the third power line.

Organic light emitting diode display device and method of fabricating the same

A source driving circuit includes an output buffer circuit to compensate for slew rate of signals used to drive a display device. The output buffer circuit includes a bias current control signal generating circuit and a channel amplifying circuit. The bias current control signal generating circuit performs an exclusive OR operation on an input signal and an output signal of a reference operational amplifier to generate a bias current control signal. The channel amplifying circuit adjusts the slew rate of a plurality of output voltage signals in response to the bias current control signal. The output signals are then used to control the display device.

Output buffer circuit and source driving circuit including the same

A multi-channel semiconductor device comprises a plurality of buffer groups each comprising at least one output buffer, a plurality of pad groups each comprising at least one output pad, and a channel switching portion that controls connection between the plurality of buffer groups and the plurality of pad groups. One of the pad groups outputs an output signal of one of the buffer groups in a first operation mode and sequentially outputs output signals of all of the buffer groups in a second operation mode.

A display apparatus including a display driver. The data driver includes a converter to receive and convert image data in digital form into data voltages in analog form, and to provide the data voltages to output buffers. The output buffers receive and buffer the data voltages based on bias voltages generated as part of a feedback path between a bias voltage control circuit and the output buffers. The data voltages are provided to a display part. Before the data voltages output from the output buffers are provided to the display part, the bias voltage control part receives data voltage from the output buffers to count a slew rate of the data voltage, and varies the voltage level of the bias voltage based on the counted result of the slew rate, thereby providing feedback to the output buffers. Accordingly, differences of the slew rate between the data voltages output from the output buffers may be decreased.

Data driver with bias voltage control circuit and display apparatus having the same

An operational amplifier includes: a differential amplifier for differentially amplifying first and second differential input signals to generate first and second output signals through first and second nodes; a driver for driving an output node in response to the second output signal; and a drive current adjuster for adjusting a driving current of the driver in response to the first output signal. The drive current adjuster includes: a first transistor including a drain connected to the output node, a gate, and a source connected to a ground voltage; a second transistor including a gate connected to the first node, a drain, and a source connected to a source voltage; a third transistor including a drain connected to the drain of the second transistor, a source, and a gate connected to a first bias voltage; and a fourth transistor including a drain connected to the source of the third transistor, a source connected to the ground voltage, and a gate connected to a second bias voltage, wherein the gate of the first transistor is commonly connected to the drains of the second and third transistors.
