A display device includes a touch panel and a display panel. The touch panel outputs touch sensing signals. At least one of a plurality of touch sensing signals is converted from a time domain to a frequency domain, and then information on a thickness of a common electrode is detected based on a peak of the converted touch sensing signal. As a result, it is possible to inspect whether the common electrode is formed with a uniform thickness without destroying the display device.

Display device and inspection method thereof

A display device includes a plurality of touch cells, and a central area and an edge area. The plurality of touch cells is arranged in a first direction and a second direction crossing the first direction, and is located in the central area and the edge area. The edge area includes first to fourth sub-edge areas. Shapes of touch cells in the central area are different from shapes of touch cells in the edge area. Shapes of touch cells in the first and second sub-edge areas are different from shapes of touch cells in the third and fourth sub-edge areas.

The present disclosure relates to a self-regenerable fibrous adsorbent for heavy metal adsorption, which is capable of adsorbing heavy metal ions in water, growing them into crystals and desorbing the grown heavy metal crystals on its own, and a method for preparing the same. The self-regenerable fibrous adsorbent for heavy metal adsorption according to the present disclosure is a fibrous polymer consisting of PAN and PMMA, wherein amine functional groups are immobilized on the surface of the PAN and hydroxyl groups (—OH) are immobilized on the surface of the PMMA.

A driving circuit includes: a display driver to generate a horizontal synchronization signal and a vertical synchronization signal according to a first clock signal of a first oscillator; a sensor driver to generate a touch signal according to a second clock signal of a second oscillator; and a determination circuit to detect a cycle of at least one of the horizontal synchronization signal or the vertical synchronization signal according to the second clock signal, and output a detection signal when the cycle is out of a range. The determination circuit is a part of the display driver or the sensor driver.

An apparatus for inspecting a display device including a touch sensor may include: a power source generator configured to generate a pixel voltage of the display device; and a variable impedance circuit electrically connected to an output terminal of the power source generator, wherein the variable impedance circuit may include: a variable resistance circuit electrically connected to the power source generator and an output terminal of the variable impedance circuit, and including resistors connected in parallel with each other; and a variable capacitor circuit electrically connected to the power source generator and a ground voltage source.

Method and apparatus for inspecting display device

A display device includes a display unit including pixels. A sensor unit overlaps with the display unit and includes sensors. A sensor driver transmits a driving signal to the sensors, and receives sensing signals corresponding to the driving signal from the sensors. One sensing period includes a first sensing period and a second sensing period. The sensor driver transmits a first driving signal having a first frequency to the sensors in the first sensing period, and transmits a second driving signal having a second frequency different from the first frequency to the sensors in the second sensing period.

Input sensing device and display device including the same

A touch testing apparatus includes: a pogo pad area including input and output test pogo pads respectively connected to input and output test pads disposed in a pad area of a touch detection module; a test touch driver circuit configured to detect compression deviations between the input test pad and the input test pogo pad and between the output test pad and the output test pogo pad, and to correct touch data of the touch detection module based on the detected compression deviations; and a test board on which the test touch driver circuit is mounted, wherein the test board is configured to electrically connect the test touch driver circuit with the input and output test pogo pads.

A display device is described including a display panel for displaying an image and an input sensing unit disposed on the display panel for sensing a user input. The input sensing unit includes: an electrode unit including first electrodes and second electrodes which intersect each other and a control unit for determining the proximity of an object or the shape of the object, based on capacitance change values of the first electrodes and the second electrodes. In a first mode the input sensing unit is driven using a self-capacitance method. The control unit may merge the capacitance change values, and determine the proximity of the object based on the merged value. In a second mode based on mutual capacitance, the control unit may determine the shape of the object.

Display device and driving method thereof

A touch member for a display device includes first and second touch signal lines and an insulating layer between first and second conductive layers. The first touch signal line includes a first sub-touch signal line corresponding to the first conductive layer, and a second sub-touch signal line corresponding to the second conductive layer and connected to the first sub-touch signal line through first and second contact holes penetrating the insulating layer. The second touch signal line includes a third sub-touch signal line corresponding to the first conductive layer, and a fourth sub-touch signal line corresponding to the second conductive layer and connected to the third sub-touch signal line through third and fourth contact holes penetrating the insulating layer. The first and second contact holes are spaced by a first distance, and the third and fourth contact holes are spaced by a second distance less than the first distance.

An input sensing unit may include the following elements: a first sensing electrode including first sensors and a first connector coupling the first sensors; a second sensing electrode including second sensors and a second connector coupling the second sensors; a first sensing line including first sensing line parts and a third connector coupling the first sensing line parts; a second sensing line; and an insulating layer including a first insulating side and a second insulating side opposite the first insulating side. The first sensing line parts may overlap the first sensors and may be disposed on the first insulating side. The second sensing line may overlap the second sensors and may be disposed on the first insulating side. The first sensors may be disposed on the second insulating side. The second sensors may be disposed on the second insulating side.

Input sensing unit and display device including the same

A method for inspecting a display device (which includes a pixel electrode and a touch sensor overlapping the pixel electrode) includes: adjusting an impedance value of a variable impedance circuit of an inspection apparatus according to a model of the display device; driving a power source generator of the inspection apparatus; supplying a pixel voltage to the pixel electrode through an output terminal connected to the variable impedance circuit; driving the touch sensor; and detecting a defect related to the pixel electrode based on sensing signals output from the touch sensor.

A stator structure and a gas turbine having the same are provided. The stator structure includes a plurality of rows of stators arranged on an inner peripheral surface of a casing, the stators being arranged alternately with a plurality of rows of blades arranged on an outer peripheral surface of a rotor, wherein each of the stators includes a vane including a first end and a second end, the first end of the vane being coupled to the inner peripheral surface of the casing by a first rotating member and a diaphragm coupled to the second end of the vane by a second rotating member. A first gap is formed between the first end of the vane and the inner peripheral surface of the casing, and a second gap is formed between the second end of the vane and the diaphragm. The vane may be provided with a slot part connected to the first and second ends of the vane to bypass a part of working fluid to the first and second gaps.
