Provided is an antenna integrated structure in which an antenna is inserted into ground vehicle, marine ship and aircraft structure, and more particularly, a sandwich panel type antenna integrated latticecore having a structure for improving communication performance of an antenna module.

Provided are a lead-free solder, a solder paste, and a semiconductor device, and more particularly, a lead-free solder that includes Cu in a range from about 0.1 wt % to about 0.8 wt %, Pd in a range from about 0.001 wt % to about 0.1 wt %, Al in a range from about 0.001 wt % to about 0.1 wt %, Si in a range from about 0.001 wt % to about 0.1 wt %, and Sn and inevitable impurities as remainder, a solder paste and a semiconductor device including the lead-free solder. The lead-free solder and the solder paste are environment-friendly and have a high high-temperature stability and high reliability.

Provided is a test tool for an airspeed indicator of an aircraft, including: a cylinder portion including an insertion groove with a predetermined amount of space, and of which one end is sealed by a cover and includes an injection portion on the cover so that the insertion groove passes through a pitot tube, and of which another open end includes a protruded step around its inner circumferential surface; a piston portion being inserted into the insertion groove to reciprocally move within the insertion groove, and including a protrusion portion having a size and a shape corresponding to an aperture of the insertion groove, and a bar-shaped knob portion being extended from the protrusion portion; and a display portion being formed of a transparent material on an outer surface of the cylinder portion to display a location of the protrusion portion reciprocally moving within the cylinder portion.

Quick test tool and method of aircraft airspeed indicator

A voltage-sourced High-Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) apparatus, which converts 3-phase AC voltage from a 3-phase AC power source into high voltage DC through a rectifier including switching elements, is provided. In the apparatus, a rectifier controller receives detected 3-phase currents, apparent power, and active power and generates D and Q-axis signals. A D/Q controller receives the signals and generates active power D-axis signal and apparent power Q-axis signal. A PWM unit generates PWM on/off signals for turning on/off the switching elements based on output signals from the D/Q controller. The D/Q controller includes a rotary converter to convert the D and Q-axis signals into AC signals and D and Q-axis order units coupled thereto, and generates the D and Q-axis signals through the order units. The PWM unit converts the D and Q-axis signals into 3-phase AC signals and compares them with 3-phase triangular waves to generate on/off signals for turning on/off the switching elements.
