Proposed are a hybrid flexible cover window and a method of manufacturing the same. The hybrid flexible cover window includes a flat portion formed on a flat area of a flexible display and a folding portion which is formed in succession to the flat portion and formed in a folding area of the flexible display. The hybrid flexible cover window includes a substrate, a transparent polyimide layer formed on the glass substrate, and an adhesive buffer layer formed between the glass substrate and the TPI layer, in which the TPI layer has a UV cut-off wavelength of less than 380 nm.

Flexible hybrid cover window and method of manufacturing same

Disclosed is a method of manufacturing an antibacterial cover window. The method includes a first step of preparing a substrate, a second step of forming a mask pattern on the substrate through a patterning process, a third step of forming an antibacterial layer on the substrate on which the mask pattern is formed, and a fourth step of removing the mask pattern to obtain an antibacterial pattern formed on the substrate. Through the method, it is possible to produce a cover window with antibacterial patterns regularly and uniformly distributed over the entire area thereof. Thus, the cover window has long-lasting excellent antibacterial property over the entire area thereof.

Proposed are a coating resin composition for a flexible cover window and a flexible cover window formed using the same composition. The coating resin composition, includes, relative to the total weight thereof, 10 to 150 parts by weight of a urethane (meth)acrylate-based oligomer prepared by synthesizing an acrylic monomer containing a hydroxyl group with a urethane prepolymer synthesized from an ether-based polyol, diisocyanate, and polyoxyalkylene-based bisphenol ether, 1 to 60 parts by weight of a first photocurable acrylate-based monomer, 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a second photocurable acrylate-based monomer, 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of an alkoxy silane coupling agent, 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a siloxane additive, and to 20 parts by weight of a photopolymerization initiator.

Coating resin composition for flexible cover window and flexible cover window using same

Disclosed is an antibacterial flexible cover window formed using an antibacterial coating composition containing antibacterial nanoparticles dispersed in a resin coating solution. In the antibacterial coating composition, 0.001 to 0.5 parts by weight of the antibacterial nanoparticles are dispersed in 100 parts by weight of the resin coating solution. The antibacterial flexible cover window includes an antibacterial layer that is formed by applying the antibacterial coating composition to a glass substrate. Therefore, the antibacterial flexible cover window exhibits a good and long-lasting antibacterial activity.
