The present disclosure relates to a multiblock copolypeptide having stimulus responsivity and surface adhesiveness. The multiblock copolypeptide of the present disclosure, which is composed of an elastin-based polypeptide and a mussel foot protein, can form self-assembled core-shell structures and hydrogels exhibiting reversible change in response to temperature stimulation and can be used usefully for biomedical applications due to remarkably superior surface adhesiveness.

Disclosed is a polypeptide having a phase transition behavior, wherein the polypeptide consists of a Val-Pro-Gly-Xaa-Gly pentapeptide repeat or a Val-Pro-Ala-Xaa-Gly) pentapeptide repeat, and the polypeptide includes a [Val-Pro-Gly-Xaa-Gly]n or a [Val-Pro-Ala-Xaa-Gly]n (SEQ ID NO:2) pentapeptide repeat. The present disclosure relates to a self-assembled nanostructure of an elastin- and resilin-based block copolypeptide with stimuli responsiveness and resilience for drug delivery, tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, a method for preparing the same and application thereof. The diblock polypeptide reversibly forms a self-assembled micelle structure in response to temperature stimuli and a hydrogel prepared using the triblock polypeptide undergoes reversible sol-gel or gel-sol transition in response to temperature stimuli and exhibits enhanced mechanical strength due to chemical crosslinkages between tyrosine residues. With such superior properties, the diblock/triblock polypeptide of the present disclosure can be used for drug delivery systems, scaffolds for tissue engineering and kits for tissue or organ regeneration.

A display device includes a bottom chassis, a mold frame coupled to the bottom chassis, a display panel having curvature and disposed on the mold frame, and a light source disposed on the bottom chassis and configured to supply light to the display panel.
