Spring for pump container

A container for stick type content includes a housing, a manipulation portion coupled to a lower side of the housing to be relatively rotatable with the housing, a first lifting portion provided inside the housing and including an accommodation portion on top in which at least a part of content is accommodated, and a second lifting portion provided inside the first lifting portion and including a support portion disposed inside the accommodation portion to support the content from below. The first lifting portion and the second lifting portion move upward or downward according to rotation of the manipulation portion, and the first lifting portion and the second lifting portion move upward simultaneously and move the content upward when the manipulation portion rotates in one direction while the second lifting portion moves upward alone and moves the content further upward when the first lifting portion moves upward to a certain height.

Provided is a cosmetic tool, including: an external shape part having a core-type cosmetic product accommodated therein, having an exit arranged on one side thereof, and having at least one through-hole; a cover part arranged to be adjacent to the exit, and having an openable or closable structure; a button part arranged on the other side of the external shape part, and having a stopper exposed to the outside through the through-hole; a pressurizing part located inside the external shape part, and arranged to be movable to the exit by pressurizing the button part; an opening and closing part for opening the cover part by pressurizing the button part; a piston part for pushing out the cosmetic product; and a push part having, on one side thereof, a plurality of leg parts that are widened, and pushing the piston part to the exit while the leg parts are widened when moving to the exit by the pressurizing part.

Cosmetic tool

An airtight cosmetic container in which an inner container () and an inner cover () can be airtightly sealed without using a separate rubber seal while compensating for a diameter deviation caused by a molding error of the inner cover (). The inner container () includes a packing case () in which a cosmetic tray is installed, and which includes inner and outer elastic sidewalls () that form a seal groove () therebetween, so a sealing rib () of the inner cover () is inserted into the seal groove (), with inner and outer curved protrusions (a,a) protruding toward each other on opposed surfaces of the inner and outer elastic sidewalls so as to come into elastic close contact with the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the sealing rib () inserted in the seal groove (), thereby realizing an airtight sealing effect.

Airtight cosmetic container

A nozzle opening/shutting device of an airless type cosmetics vessel, in which a nozzle actuation button is installed between a nozzle housing and a stem, and a cam guide actuation unit is provided such that the cam guide actuation unit can guide a guide groove of a plunger upward and downward and can move the plunger forward and backward in a nozzle pipe by a cam operation, thereby opening and shutting the nozzle. This invention can move the plunger by a cam mechanism instead of a conventional spring mechanism, thereby preventing a misoperation and realizing a precise nozzle opening/shutting operation. The plunger is inserted in the nozzle such that a plunger end protrudes outside the nozzle and comes into close surface contact with the inlet of the nozzle, thereby preventing air introduction into the nozzle and preventing oxidation of the contents, and maintaining the quality of the contents constantly.

Nozzle opening/shutting device for airless type cosmetic vessel

An airless type cosmetics vessel, in which, in order to suck a gel type cosmetic from a vessel body into a cylinder chamber, an axial valve primarily opens an inlet passage and closes an outlet passage according to stepwise upward movement of a piston and an axial valve, and the piston is further moved upwards, thus sucking the cosmetic into the cylinder chamber, and, in order to discharge the cosmetic from the cylinder chamber, the axial valve is primarily moved downwards so as to close the inlet passage and open the outlet passage, and the piston is further moved downwards, thus compressing the cosmetic in the cylinder chamber and discharging the cosmetic from the chamber, so that a precise cosmetic suction and discharge operation can be executed by the stepwise suction and discharge actions of the axial valve and the piston, separately provided, without malfunctioning.
