Due to the flow guide part of the blowing device, the inlet air flows through the suction port at a constant flowing speed and in a state of laminar flow. Therefore, the blowing device reduces a variation in a pressure applied onto blades of the blowing fan by the inlet air, and reduces operational noise thereof.
