The present invention relates to a fan shroud provided in a cooling module, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fan shroud assembly in which a baffle is selectively provided in some sections between a plurality of fixing members provided in a ventilation port of a fan shroud, thereby reducing deterioration in rigidity and durability of the fan shroud and effectively reducing BPF noise.

In a blowing unit of an air conditioner for a vehicle, having a scroll case in which a first flow path and a second flow path are partitioned so as to separate inside and outdoor air to be sucked, the scroll case has a partition wall for separating a suction part of the first flow path and a suction part of the second flow path, and the partition wall has an air backflow prevention part for preventing air flowing into one of the first flow path or the second flow path from flowing backward into the other.

Blowing unit of air conditioner for vehicle

A vehicular heat management system is provided with a heat pump type refrigerant circulation line that cools and heats specific air conditioning regions by generating a hot air or a cold air depending on a flow direction of a refrigerant. The system includes a compressor configured to suck, compress and discharge the refrigerant, a high-pressure side heat exchanger configured to dissipate heat of the refrigerant discharged from the compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger configured to allow the refrigerant to exchange heat with an air outside the vehicle, an expansion valve configured to depressurize the refrigerant flowing out of the high-pressure side heat exchanger or the outdoor heat exchanger, and one or more low-pressure side heat exchangers configured to evaporate the depressurized refrigerant. The outdoor heat exchanger and the low-pressure side heat exchangers are connected in series or in parallel depending on an air conditioning mode.

The present invention relates to an air conditioner for a vehicle having a rear seat outlet, which can relieve temperature inversion that discharge temperature of the console vent becomes higher than discharge temperature of a rear seat floor vent in a bi-level mode, and prevent reduction of air volume of the console vent in the cooling mode. The air conditioner for a vehicle, which has a rear seat outlet, includes an air-conditioning case having an air passageway formed therein and a plurality of air outlets, and a cooling heat exchanger and a heating heat exchanger disposed in the air passageway of the air-conditioning case to exchange heat with air passing through the air passageway. Wherein the air outlets include a console vent and a rear seat floor vent, and an entrance of the rear seat floor vent is formed above an entrance of the console vent.

Air conditioner for vehicle

The present invention relates to an air conditioner for a vehicle, in which a means for fixing a cable connecting device is disposed integrally with an air-conditioning case, thereby having an optimized installation location, keeping rigidity, achieving weight lightening, and enhancing assemblability. The air conditioner is to condition air in the interior of the vehicle by heating or cooling indoor air, and includes: a cable connecting device for connecting an actuating means of a controller of the vehicle to actuate a door inside an air-conditioning case with an actuating means of the air-conditioning case by a cable; and a cable fixing part for fixing the cable connecting device to the air-conditioning case.

The air conditioner includes: a defrost vent and a face vent formed in a straight line; a defrost door part and a face door part formed in a straight line; and a duct separator having the defrost door part therein and being mounted inside an outlet, in which the defrost vent and the face vent are formed, to partition the defrost vent and the face vent, thereby enhancing assemblability by facilitating assembly even if the defrost door part and the face door part are mounted at different angles. Moreover, the air conditioner and the controlling method thereof can control an air outflow mode and an air inflow mode to be operated in interwork by connecting a first operating member for operating a mode door and a second operating member for operating an intake door with each other.
