An electronic device which is wirelessly charged through an external power transmitting device includes a conductive pattern in which a current is induced depending on a power signal transmitted by the external power transmitting device, an adjustment circuit that configured to generate a voltage signal using the current, a load configured to be charged through the voltage signal, and a control circuit electrically connected with the conductive pattern, the adjustment circuit, and the load. Upon recognizing the external power transmitting device, the control circuit is configured to generate a power control signal including information about intensity of the power signal and to transmit the power control signal to the external power transmitting device through the conductive pattern, and the conductive pattern is configured to receive the power signal, the intensity of which is changed depending on the power control signal.

Method for transmitting power and electronic device supporting the same

An electronic device is disclosed. The disclosed electronic device includes a display, a charging circuit that transmits and receives power to and from an external electronic device, a sensor circuit that senses a spatial relationship of the electronic device with the external electronic device, a processor that is electrically connected with the display, the charging circuit, and the sensor circuit. When wirelessly transmitting or receiving power to or from the external electronic device using the charging circuit, the processor may transmit and receive information associated with the wireless transmission or reception of power and display the information based on the spatial relationship.

Device for performing wireless charging and method thereof

An electronic device and a method of providing a notification on a wireless charging state in an electronic device are provided. The method includes wirelessly charging the electronic device by using power received from an external device; checking a state of the wireless charging; when the state of the wireless charging corresponds to a certain condition, determining whether the electronic device is used by a user by using at least one sensor; and providing a notification based on whether the electronic device is used by the user.
