The fluid occlusion detection apparatus includes: a structure disposed on a fluid delivery device and that is deformed according to pressure; and a change detection sensor in a surrounding region of the structure, wherein the fluid delivery device includes a fluid reservoir container and/or a fluid delivery passageway for connecting a human body and the fluid reservoir container, and the change detection sensor detects a change in a value related to the change detection sensor due to deformation of a shape of the structure according to an increase in pressure inside the fluid delivery device by fluid occlusion inside the fluid delivery device.
