An air-zinc battery module includes a reception part having a sealed space formed therein, a gas storage part which is located in one area in the reception part and can discharge air or oxygen therefrom, and an air-zinc battery part which is located in another area in the reception part and includes at least one air-zinc battery cell for generating electricity when air or oxygen is supplied thereto.

Air-zinc battery module

A solid silicon secondary battery, by substitutions of silicon for lithium, enables decrease of preparations cost and minimizing of environmental pollutions. By laminate pressing multiple times a positive or negative electrode material, the present invention enables increase of the density of a positive or negative electrode active material to increase current density and capacity. By having mesh plates equipped inside the positive electrode active material and the negative electrode active material, the present invention enables effective moving of electrons. By enabling common use of an electrode, of a silicon secondary battery, connected during a serial connections of the silicon secondary battery, the present invention enables decreasing of the thickness of a silicon secondary battery assembly and increasing of output voltage. By being integrally formed with a PCB or a chip and supplying a power source, the present invention plays the role of a backup power source for instant discharging.

Silicon secondary battery

A zinc-air secondary battery includes an air positive electrode part, a separator, and a zinc gel negative electrode part in a case, provided with an electrolyte flow part for inducing electrolyte to flow inside the zinc gel negative electrode part. The oxygen discharging efficiency that remains in the zinc gel negative electrode part and is not smoothly discharged to the outside can be improved, and thus charging performance of the zinc-air secondary battery can be improved.

Zinc-air secondary battery

A zinc-air secondary battery includes an air positive electrode part, a separator, and a zinc gel negative electrode part. The zinc gel negative electrode part includes therein at least one middle layer made of mesh or foam. In a zinc-air secondary battery, oxygen discharging efficiency that is present in a zinc gel negative electrode part is high, and thus charging performance of the zinc-air secondary battery can be improved.

An air-zinc battery assembly includes a first air-zinc battery module that has a first coupling portion which is embossed or engraved, one or more second air-zinc battery modules that has a second coupling portion which is embossed or engraved so as to be fastened in engagement with the first coupling portion, and a third coupling portion which is embossed or engraved, and a power draw module that has a fourth coupling portion which is embossed or engraved so as to be fastened in engagement with the third coupling portion.

Air-zinc battery assembly

A zinc-air secondary battery includes an air positive electrode part, a separator, and a zinc gel negative electrode part in a case, provided with an air flow guiding part, disposed in one area of the case, for guiding the inflow of air to the air positive electrode part when discharging and for guiding the discharge of air when charging. When discharging, the inflow of air is guided to an air positive electrode part so that discharging performance (discharging output) can be improved by pressing, and when charging, discharging of air including oxygen present in the zinc-air secondary battery is guided and promoted by pressing inside the zinc-air secondary battery so that charging performance can be improved.

An air-zinc battery module includes a case having an air passage for introducing outside air and a housing space formed therein, a battery unit group which is installed in the housing space of the case and is formed by connecting a plurality of battery units to each other, wherein the battery unit is formed by stacking a plurality of air-zinc battery cells which are connected to each other, and a fan which is installed in the housing space of the case to guide air flow.

A zinc-air battery includes an air electrode part, a separator and a negative electrode part in sequence within a case, wherein the negative electrode part comprises potassium hydroxide (KOH) in the form of powder, and the case has an opening part formed in at least one region thereof, with the opening part being covered by a porous membrane.

Zinc-air battery

A zinc-air secondary battery includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separation membrane interposed between the positive and negative electrodes, and an electrolyte accommodated between the positive and negative electrodes and submerging a part of the positive electrode. The separation membrane is a porous separation membrane having a plurality of through-holes, and the separation membrane is provided with through-holes. The sizes of the holes are smaller than the size of the potassium ions contained in the electrolyte. A plurality of adsorptive potassium ion particles are evenly attached on at least one side of the separation membrane to form an adsorptive potassium ion particle layer.

A separator includes a support formed in a grid, and a porous ion migration inhibition layer with which the grid of the support is coated and which has a plurality of pores formed therein, wherein each of the plurality of pores of the porous ion migration inhibition layer is formed to have a size smaller than the size of an electromigration-promoting ion contained in an electrolyte, whereby the electromigration-promoting ion does not pass through the porous ion migration inhibition layer. In addition, potassium is prevented from migrating to the carbon layer, thereby preventing potassium hydroxide from being precipitated even when oxygen is moved to a positive electrode side during charging. Furthermore, when the separator is applied to a separator of an alkaline battery, potassium hydroxide may be prevented from being precipitated during charging, thereby achieving an effect that an alkaline primary battery can be used as a secondary battery.
