An aspect of the present invention provides an Fe&#x2014;Ni alloy metal foil having excellent heat resilience, where the Fe&#x2014;Ni alloy metal foil is prepared by an electroforming (EF) method and has a thickness of 100 &#x3bc;m or less (except O &#x3bc;m), wherein the Fe&#x2014;Ni alloy metal foil comprises, by wt %, Ni: 34-46 %, a remainder of Fe and inevitable impurities, and wherein the Fe&#x2014;Ni metal foil has a degree of heat resilience in an amount of 30 ppm or less.

Fe&#x2014;Ni alloy metal foil having excellent heat resilience and method for manufacturing same

Provided is a method for manufacturing a high silicon steel sheet having excellent producibility and magnetic properties. The method includes: casting a molten metal as a strip having a thickness of 5 mm or less, the molten metal comprising, by weight %, C: 0.05% or less (excluding 0%), N: 0.05% or less (excluding 0%), Si: 4% to 7%, Al: 0.5% to 3%, Si+Al: 4.5% to 8%, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities; hot-rolling the cast strip at a temperature of 800&#xb0; C. or higher; annealing the hot-rolled strip at a temperature within a range of 900&#xb0; C. to 1200&#xb0; C.; cooling the annealed strip; warm-rolling the quenched strip at a temperature within a range of 300&#xb0; C. to 700&#xb0; C.; and finally annealing the warm-rolled strip at a temperature within a range of 800&#xb0; C. to 1200&#xb0; C.

High silicon steel sheet having excellent productivity and magnetic properties and method for manufacturing same

A high carbon steel sheet having superior strength and ductility and a method for manufacturing the same comprising: 0.2 to 1.0 wt % carbon (C), 0 to 3.0 wt % silicon (Si), 0 to 3.0 wt % manganese (Mn), 0 to 3.0 wt % chromium (Cr), 0 to 3.0 wt % nickel (Ni), 0 to 0.5 wt % molybdenum (Mo), 0 to 3.0 wt % aluminum (Al), 0 to 0.01 wt % boron (B), 0 to 0.5 wt % titanium (Ti), and the remainder substantially being iron (Fe) and inevitable impurities. The contents of carbon, manganese, chromium, and nickel satisfy the following Equation 1, and the contents of silicon and aluminum satisfy the following Equation 2: (3.0&#x2212;2.5&#xd7;C)wt %&#x2266;(Mn+Cr+Ni/2)&#x2266;8.5 wt %&#x2014;(Equation 1) Si+Al&#x3e;1.0 wt % (Equation 2).

High carbon steel sheet superior in tensile strength and elongation and method for manufacturing the same

The present invention provides an effective method for mechanically removing iron oxide films formed on the surfaces of a hot rolled steel strip with a high temperature. The method comprises the steps of: maintaining a steel strip coil at a high temperature of 400&deg; C. or more until the phase transformation is completed, after hot rolling; water-cooling the steel strip coil at a speed of at least 50&deg; C./sec to 100&deg; C. or less while uncoiling the coil; correcting the shape of the steel strip using a correction rolling mill; removing oxide films formed on surfaces of the shape-corrected steel strip by injecting water jets to the surface; and drying the steel strip free of oxide films and winding the steel strip. Also, the present invention provides an apparatus for carrying out this method.
