Disclosed is a non-photosensitive black electrode composition and a plasma display panel having a black electrode formed using the composition. The black electrode for the plasma display panel includes the non-photosensitive composition, thus yellowing does not occur on electrodes but conductivity to a transparent electrode layer is desirably assured even though typical conductive powder and various types of black pigments are used. It is possible to conduct patterning using a photolithography process due to the simultaneous development of black and bus electrodes, which can act as electrodes due to simultaneous sintering. Since it is non-photosensitive, it is possible to use various types of black pigments, thus the material cost is reduced.

The polyelectrolyte composition according to this invention is composed of polyelectrolyte, crosslinking agent and organic solvent comprising a single component or in the form of a mixture of two or more solvents such as alcohols. The object of this invention is to provide a polyelectrolyte composition and a polyelectrolyte ink composition suitable for humidity sensor and a preparation method for a reliable humidity sensor with uniform thickness achieved through inkjet printing.

Disclosed herein is a plasma display panel and a method of fabricating the same. The plasma display panel comprises a front glass substrate and a rear glass substrate. An electrode structure disposed between the front and rear glass substrates is prepared in such a way that a non-photosensitive black dielectric layer and a non-photosensitive or photosensitive electrode layer, formed on the front glass substrate, are subjected to heat treatment. The black dielectric layer is blackened at a lower surface by the heat treatment. Current flows between an upper electrode and a transparent electrode and it is possible to assure sufficiently low visibility even though costly metal particles are not used as conductive material on the front substrate of the plasma display panel. It is possible to use various types of black pigments thanks to non-photosensitivity, thus it is possible to fabricate a low-priced plasma display panel due to a reduced material cost.

The present invention is to manufacture the organic silver solution by dissolving silver oxide in an organic solvent, and further provide an ink enabling a conductive circuit to be formed by applying it to an inkjet printer. Also, it is to provide a method for forming a conductive circuit on various substrates by printing it through the inkjet printer using the manufactured ink and further heat-treating it. The organic silver solution, a composition according to the present invention, can be manufactured by dissolving silver oxide in an amine-based compound and a lactone-based compound (or a lactam-based compound, a carbonate-based compound, a cyclic acid anhydride-based compound) by reacting the former an the latter, and in order to ensure the appropriate liquid fluidity for the inkjet printer, the ink was manufactured by adding an organic solvent, such as alcohol, a surfactant and the like thereto.
