A motor system includes a motor including a motor cover and a shaft of which a first end portion is exposed to an outside of the motor cover, a permanent magnet provided at the exposed first end portion of the shaft, and a rotation angle detector disposed at a periphery of the permanent magnet, and configured to detect a magnetic field change due to rotation of the permanent magnet during rotation of the shaft to detect a rotation angle of the motor.

Motor system

A motor-integrated inverter coupled in a shaft direction of a motor is provided, the motor-integrated inverter including: a power module generating driving electric power for driving the motor; and a cooler arranged to avoid an extension line of the shaft of the motor, the cooler including an outer side part and an inner side part communicating with each other while being spaced apart from each other in a direction in which the shaft of the motor extends, thereby defining a double structure, wherein the power module is disposed between the outer side part and the inner side part, the outer side part has an inlet port provided at one side thereof such that a refrigerant is introduced, the outer side part has an outlet port provided at the other side thereof such that a refrigerant is discharged to the outside.

Motor-integrated inverter

A nipple assembly includes nipple bodies configured so that one end portion of each of the nipple bodies is inserted into a housing so as to be coupled to a cooling medium inlet or a cooling medium outlet of a heat exchanger and a remaining end portion of each of the nipple bodies protrudes outwards from the housing, at least one first sealing unit sealing a gap between the one end portion of each of the nipple bodies and the cooling medium inlet or the cooling medium outlet, a flange portion formed at a position between two end portions of each of the nipple bodies to be coupled to the housing, and a second sealing unit including a first sealing portion sealing a gap between the flange portion and the housing and a second sealing portion configured to extend from the first sealing portion.

Nipple assembly

A motor-integrated inverter is provided. The inverter includes a motor with a shaft disposed in a horizontal direction, and a power module configured to generate driving power for driving the motor and coupled to the motor in a direction in which the shaft is disposed.

A power apparatus includes a first power bus bar provided at a first power part, a second power bus bar provided at a second power part coupled to the first power part while communicating internally with the first power part, the second power bus bar being fastened to the first power bus bar, a first interlock bus bar provided at the first power part while being connected to an interlock terminal of a controller disposed within the first power part, a second interlock bus bar provided at the second power part while being fastened to the first interlock bus bar, and a safety cover fastened to a fastening portion between the first interlock bus bar and the second interlock bus bar while covering a fastening portion between the first power bus bar and the second power bus bar.

A cooling system for a power conversion device may include a cooler upper-part having a plurality of cooling tubes through which cooling water flows and a connecting portion connecting the cooling tubes; one or more power conversion modules mounted between the cooling tubes; a cooling fin plate formed in a plate shape with cooling fins on a side and mounted on a side of the power conversion module such that the cooling fins are mounted in the opposite directions with respect to the power conversion module; and a cooler lower-part mounted between the cooling fin plate and the cooler upper-part, having one or more open holes formed at a portion, and combined with the cooling fin plate by inserting the cooling fins of the cooling fin plate in the open holes.

Cooling system for power conversion device

The present disclosure provides a current sensor including: a shunt resistor provided between a first bus bar and a second bus bar, and a fastener coupled through the first bus bar, the second bus bar, and the shunt resistor. The first bus bar has a first through-hole, the second bus bar has a second through-hole, and the shunt resistor has a third through-hole. The first through-hole, the second through-hole, and the third through-hole are aligned with one another to allow the fastener to pass through the first to third through-holes.

Current sensor

A power conversion module for a vehicle is provided. The module includes a housing and a power conversion unit installed on an inside surface of a bottom panel of the housing. The power conversion unit includes a capacitor module, a power module of an inverter and a LDC. A water-cooling-type cooling unit is installed on an outside surface of the bottom panel of the housing and is in a corresponding position to the power module of the inverter and the LDC, with the bottom panel of the housing interposed therebetween. An air-cooling-type cooling fin is installed on the exterior surface of the bottom panel and is in a corresponding position to a capacitor module, with the bottom panel of the housing interposed therebetween. A radiator blower adjacent to a radiator of a vehicle is configured to generate cooling-air wind to cool the radiator and the air-cooling-type cooling fin.
