A method of manufacturing a display device having a display panel that includes a first electrode, a light emitting layer formed on the first electrode, and a second electrode on the light emitting layer, the manufacturing method comprising: aging the display panel by applying a predetermined electrical signal and a predetermined temperature so that the luminance of the light emitting layer lies between about 10 nits and 10,000 nits.

Manufacturing of display device

A display device includes a thin film transistor formed on a first insulating substrate, a first electrode electrically connected with the thin film transistor, an emission layer formed on the first electrode, a second electrode formed on the emission layer, an auxiliary electrode shaped like a mesh to at least partially expose the first electrode, the auxiliary electrode being electrically connected with the second electrode and receiving a common voltage therefrom, and a second insulating substrate placed on the auxiliary electrode. The exemplary embodiments of a display device, and a method of manufacturing the same, according to the present invention can apply a common voltage efficiently throughout the display and have an improved contrast ratio.

A display apparatus and method of forming the same comprise an insulating substrate; a thin film transistor formed on the insulating substrate; a first electrode electrically connected to the thin film transistor and having a first maximum roughness; a buffer layer formed on the first electrode and having a second maximum roughness lower than the first maximum roughness; an organic emission layer formed on the buffer layer; and a second electrode formed on the organic emission layer. Accordingly, it is an aspect of the present invention to provide a display apparatus and method of manufacturing the same which reduce the number of defects due to roughness of a pixel electrode.
