An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a display including a touch panel; a processor electrically connected to the display; and a memory electrically connected with the processor, wherein the memory stores instructions executed to enable the processor to: receive, from the touch panel, first data regarding a time or an area contacted by an external object through a first region on the display, receive, from the touch panel, second data regarding a contact or an approach of the external object to a second region of the display after the external object is spaced apart from the display, and display an image or an image variation on the display based on the first data or the second data.

An electronic device for processing touch input is disclosed. An electronic device may comprise a touchscreen and a processor configured to perform a first function based on a touch input made by an external object and received through the touchscreen, to determine whether the electronic device is grounded when a variation in a capacitance for the touch input increases to a preset first threshold or more, to adjust a first capacitance for the touch input where the capacitance variation occurs when the electronic device is determined to not be grounded, and to determine whether to perform a second function based on the touch input where the capacitance variation occurs based on the adjusted first capacitance.

A paper feeding device includes a guide member that guides both sides of a sheet of paper stacked in a paper feeding cassette and a support unit that prevents the guide members from being moved due to inertia of sheets of paper during installation of the paper feeding cassette. A fusing apparatus and method for an image forming apparatus comprise a housing, a first roller mounted in the housing, a second roller rotated in contact with the first roller, a heater movably mounted in at least one of the first and the second rollers and comprising a first heater and a second heater, a first power supplying terminal and a second power supplying terminal movably supported in the housing, and a pair of connection units movably supported in the housing to connect the respective heater terminals to the corresponding power supplying terminals. The power supplying terminals and the connection units have a predetermined gap with an outer surface of the housing, such that when the housing expands in a lengthwise or horizontal direction of the heater, the outer surface of the housing tightly contacts with at least one of the heater terminals, the power supplying terminals and the connection units, thereby fixing or securing the heater in the housing.
