The present invention can provide a frying apparatus having an oil recycling and purifying function and a frying oil separating function including: a main body casing, at least one oil tank, a cooking heater, an oil purifying and circulating unit, a rotary drive unit, and an oil-outflow preventive cover, whereby a cooking oil used for cooking fried foods can periodically or continuously purified and recycled to have a constant purity, thus cooking the fried foods hygienically and also improving the taste of the fried foods, minimizing the consumption of the cooking oil to reduce costs.

A pipe-fitting device according to the present invention includes a fitting body, a fixing nut, and a collet. A first end of the fitting body is rotatably connected to an outer circumferential surface of a first pipe, and a second end of the fitting body surrounds an outer surface of a second pipe. The present invention provides an air cooling device of an integrated thermo-hygrostat, which is advantageous over known integrated thermo-hygrostats in that it is possible to prevent indoor air from being mixed with cold outdoor air when cooling an indoor space using the cold outdoor air in winter by installing an indoor air control damper which can control the flow of the indoor air in front of an evaporator installed in an inner portion of a main body. The air cooling device can rapidly lower the temperature of the indoor space to the intended temperature, increase cooling efficiency, and prevent power from being unnecessarily consumed by being capable of suspending the cooling function thereof when cooling is performed using outdoor air having a temperature below a predetermined temperature.

A method for the construction of a highly integrated semiconductor connecting device. In the semiconductor connecting device, a plurality of third conductive lines are connected with a plurality of first conductive lines formed in the active regions of a semiconductor substrate through contact holes formed on the active regions, passing by and being insulated with a plurality of second conductive lines which are intercalated between a first interlayer insulating film and a second interlayer film and which are formed above a plurality of device separation insulating films formed in the semiconductor substrate. With the method, a stepped part is avoided thereby eliminating a cause of a the short circuit caused by remnant conductive material. In addition, the charge storage electrodes are connected with the source electrodes, while being securely disconnected from the bit lines. Furthermore, the contact area in the inventive connecting device is remarkably diminished, as compared with that in the conventional ones. Consequently, a connecting device can be constructed with high integration degree and improved reliability.
