A transformer includes a magnetic core, a first coil unit and a second coil unit. The first coil unit is disposed within the magnetic core and includes a laminated board having layers laminated therein and conductive patterns. Respective ones of the conductive patterns are disposed on the laminated layers. The second coil unit includes a conductive wire spaced apart from the conductive patterns of the laminated board by an insulating distance. The conductive wire includes a triple-insulated wire surrounded by three sheets of insulating paper to maintain the insulating distance from the conductive patterns.

An antenna device includes: a substrate including a base layer, a first layer disposed on one surface of the base layer, a second layer disposed on another surface of the base layer, at least one first coil pattern disposed on the first layer, and at least one second coil pattern disposed on the second layer; and a magnetic body. A first region of the substrate is disposed on one surface of the magnetic body, and a second region of the substrate is disposed on another surface of the magnetic body. A transformer, according to one possible embodiment, includes: a bobbin part formed by stacking a plurality of bobbins including external connection terminals; and coils respectively wound around the plurality of bobbins. At least one bobbin of the plurality of bobbins includes withdrawing grooves formed in a space between the external connection terminals, the respective coil wound around the at least one bobbin being withdrawn outside the bobbin via the withdrawing grooves and coupled to the external connection terminal.

Transformer

There is provided a transformer capable of significantly reducing leakage inductance while satisfying safety standards. The transformer includes: a winding part having a plurality of coils wound on an outer peripheral surface of a cylindrically-shaped body part while being stacked thereon; and a terminal connection part extended from one end of the winding part in an outer diameter direction and having a plurality of external connection terminals coupled to a distal end thereof, wherein the terminal connection part includes at least one lead groove formed in a radial direction and at least one catching groove formed in the lead groove in a manner in which a width of the lead groove is extended in a winding direction of the coils.

Transformer and display device using the same

There are provided a thin transformer capable of being used in a thin display device such as a liquid crystal display (LCD) device, a light emitting diode (LED) device, and a flat panel display device including the thin transformer. The transformer includes a bobbin part including inner and outer bobbins each including a pipe shaped body part having a though-hole formed in an inner portion thereof and a flange part protruding outwardly from both ends of the body part; coils respectively wound around the inner and outer bobbins; and a core electromagnetically coupled to the coils to thereby form a magnetic path, wherein the outer bobbin includes a support part formed at the flange part formed at an upper end of the body part of the outer bobbin so as to cover a portion of the through-hole, and the inner bobbin is coupled to the outer bobbin while having one end supported by the support part.

Transformer and flat panel display device including the same

There are provided a transformer and a flat panel display device including the same capable of securing leakage inductance and allowing easy manufacturing. The transformer according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a bobbin part including a plurality of bobbins each including a tube-shaped body part having a penetration hole therein and one of flange parts protruded outwardly from both sides of the body part; a core inserted into the penetration holes in the bobbins to form a magnetic circuit; a coil part including respective coils wound around the bobbins; and a bobbin fixing member combined with either side surface of the bobbin part in which at least two of the bobbins are laminated, to fix and combine at least two of the bobbins.

A transformer includes: a bobbin on which a coil is wound; a core coupled with the bobbin to provide a magnetic flux, at least a portion of the core being installed on the PCB in a penetrating manner; and a base plate electrically connected to the coil and having a lead frame connected to the PCB, wherein the base plate is installed to be reversedly disposed at an upper side of the bobbin on the PCB, a space is formed between a lower surface of the base plate and an upper surface of the PCB, and the space between the lower surface of the base plate and the upper surface of the PCB is supported by a support member in contact with the upper surface of the PCB.

A transformer includes: a bobbin on which a coil is wound; a core coupled with the bobbin to provide a magnetic flux and installed on the PCB in a penetrating manner; and a base plate electrically connected to the coil and having a lead frame connected to the PCB, wherein the lead frame is formed such that the base plate is separated from an upper surface of the PCB.
