The present disclosure relates to a gap prevention structure of a seat rail for a vehicle. The gap prevention structure includes: a lower rail configured to be fixed to a bottom of a vehicle body and to have a receiving space formed therein; an upper rail configured to have at least a portion thereof received in the receiving space and to slide in a longitudinal direction of the lower rail; a rolling bearing configured to be rotatably coupled to the upper rail and to roll and move in the receiving space in the longitudinal direction of the lower rail; and a gap prevention unit configured to limit rotation of the rolling bearing by pressing the rolling bearing while being inserted between the lower rail and the rolling bearing.

An embodiment rail device includes an upper rail, a first bearing support on the upper rail, a lower rail, a bearing connection end on the lower rail and inserted into the first bearing support, a vertically elongated bearing contact adjustment hole on the lower rail, an upper bearing rotatably connected to the bearing connection end and in close contact with a floor of the first bearing support, a lower plate including a fastening groove that receives a lower end of the lower rail, a bearing shaft mounting hole on a wall surface portion of the fastening groove and matched with the bearing contact adjustment hole, a second bearing support outside the fastening groove and having an opened upper portion, a lower bearing rotatably disposed within the second bearing support, and a bearing shaft fastened to the bearing shaft mounting hole and the bearing contact adjustment hole by a screw.

A seat rail apparatus for a vehicle may include a guide rail fixedly installed along a lower rail mounted to a bottom surface of the vehicle, a lock assembly installed to be movable along the guide rail in an unlocked state and selectively locked and unlocked with and from the guide rail as a locking pin is moved forwards and rearwards, a driving assembly integrally installed at an upper rail mounted to a cushion frame, wherein the driving assembly locks and unlocks the lock assembly with and from the guide rail by operating the locking pin and locks and unlocks the lock assembly such that the lock assembly is operated integrally with the lock assembly according to a walk-in lever, and a stopper provided at the upper rail, for contacting the lock assembly locked with the guide rail when the seat returns after a walk-in operation to stop the seat.

Seat rail apparatus for vehicle having walk-in memory function

A vehicle seat rail locking device restricts movement of an upper rail along a longitudinal direction of a lower rail fixed to the body of the vehicle. The locking device includes lock units moving together with the upper rail, disposed movably in a vertical direction between the lower and upper rails, and for performing a locking operation, and a lock guide moving together with the lock units and for guiding vertical movement of the lock units. Each lock unit is independently inserted into one of a plurality of lock holes formed in the lower rail to fix the upper rail onto the lower rail. A user's safety may be improved by independently forming a plurality of lock members fitted into lock holes of a lower rail and fixing one of lock members into the lock hole to perform a locking operation even when a seat rail position deviation occurs.
