A multi-display apparatus may include a first display panel and a second display panel at least partially overlapping the first display panel. The first display panel may include a first display region in which a plurality of first pixels are disposed, and a first non-display region adjacent to the first display region. The second display panel may include a second display region in which a plurality of second pixels are disposed. The first non-display region may overlap the second display region, and first transmitting windows may be disposed in the first non-display region over the second pixels.

Organic light emitting diode display device and method of manufacturing the same

A display device includes a display panel, a camera module, and a heat sink plate. The display panel displays an image on a front surface, and includes a first substrate, a sub-pixel structure, and a reflection pattern. The display panel includes a plurality of pixel regions each having sub-pixel regions, a transparent region, and a reflection region surrounding the sub-pixel regions and the transparent region. The sub-pixel structure is disposed in the sub-pixel region. The second substrate is disposed on the sub-pixel structure. The reflection pattern is disposed on the second substrate, but not on the sub-pixel region and the transparent region. The camera module is disposed in a second surface on the display panel, and the second surface is opposite to the first surface. The heat sink plate is disposed between the display panel and the camera module, and has an opening that is aligned with the camera module.

A substrate for a display device is disclosed. In one aspect, the substrate includes an active layer that is formed on substantially the entire portion of the bottom substrate and comprises a first area and a second area with a higher carrier concentration than the first area. Organic light emitting diode display device and method for repairing organic light emitting diode display

A display apparatus includes a plurality of sub-pixel groups. At least one of the sub-pixel groups includes a plurality of first sub-pixels to emit a first color of light, a plurality of second sub-pixels to emit a second color of light, and a dummy pixel between the first sub-pixels and the second sub-pixels. A first dummy driving transistor is connectable to one of the first sub-pixels and a second dummy driving transistor is connectable to one of the second sub-pixels.

Organic light-emitting display apparatus

A pixel includes an organic light emitting diode (OLED), a first transistor, a first capacitor, a second capacitor, and a pixel circuit. The OLED includes a cathode electrode connected to a second power source. The first transistor is connected between a data line and a first node, and turns on when a scan signal is supplied to a scan line. The first capacitor is connected between the first node and a third power source. The second capacitor is connected between the first node and a fourth power source. The pixel circuit controls a current quantity flowing from a first power source to the second power source through the OLED based on a voltage of the first node.

An uneven pattern is formed by patterning the buffer layer. A first pixel electrode is disposed in an opening formed in the second insulating layer. The first pixel electrode includes a transparent conductive oxide. A second pixel electrode is disposed on the first pixel electrode. The second pixel electrode includes a semi-transmissive layer. An organic lighting-emitting layer is formed on the second pixel electrode. An opposite electrode is formed on the organic lighting-emitting layer.

An organic light emitting diode display apparatus and a method and apparatus for easily inspecting the organic light emitting diode display apparatus to determine whether an electrical failure occurs. Organic light emitting diode display apparatus and method and apparatus for inspecting the same

A thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate is provided that includes a TFT on a substrate. The TFT can include an active layer, gate electrode, source electrode, drain electrode, first insulating layer between the active layer and the gate electrode, and second insulating layer between the gate electrode and the source and drain electrodes. A pixel electrode is disposed on the first and second insulating layers. A capacitor including a lower electrode is disposed on a same layer as the gate electrode and an upper electrode. A third insulating layer directly between the second insulating layer and the pixel electrode and between the lower electrode and the upper electrode. A fourth insulating layer covers the source electrode, the drain electrode, and the upper electrode, and exposes the pixel electrode and can further expose a pad electrode.

Method of manufacturing thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate

A device for inspecting an organic light-emitting display apparatus includes a power supply unit, a power receiving unit, a wiring location sensing unit, and a control unit. The power supply unit applies an AC signal to each of wirings arranged in the organic light-emitting display apparatus. The power receiving unit senses an electrical signal from each of the wirings. The wiring location sensing unit senses a location of each of the wirings. The control unit determines whether each of the wirings has a defect based on the sensed electrical signal and information pertaining to each wiring type of the wirings.
